Airtel service abysmal. I used to say the service at Airtel are extremely good but when I shifted Mumbai near Marol Anderi East . New Airtel broadband connection which charged me 2000 rupees and still their is no broadband waiting for their response @airtelindia #AirtelDown

@airtelindia Has the worst customer service available. I installed it's Xtreme fibre a couple of weeks ago and now it's not working. I rang those who installed it, they replied that they are coming in an hour and nit receiving any calls for the last 3-4 hours .

@SurenddraGupta @airtelindia I don't think it's required. Some junior is playing. Escalate and ask for the rule book copy. Terminate if it's really airtel policy. You can get another provider easily
