    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How many times I have to complain for the network issues? Your person who called to resolve have not even listening to the issues. Worst network provider. Feel pity while seeing the ads about best network. Shameful

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Services It is such a shame that such a big company doesn't provide correct customer service. Simple wifi shifting request within same society is taking more than 10 days. Its appalling and frustrating for us as to keep calling for hours wasting our.....

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, It has now been more than 2 days, and my Airtel Xstream Fiber internet is still not working. Despite multiple complaints and repeated calls to customer support, no technician has visited and the issue remains unresolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since morning my Airtel Xstream Fiber is down. A/c No. 20021945549. Either restore the service immediately or deactivate the connection. I’m done with this unreliable service and will switch to Tata or Jio Fiber if this isn’t resolved today.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence that qe tried reaching you multiple times. Could you please look into DTH sulport team. I guess it is outsourced. When I had registered DTH complaints earlier, they closed Service request without visit, without doing anything /2
