    Hi @airtelindia I and my all family member have ported out from jio thinking your service is better. But it was biggest mistake. Call drop, unclear voice call, worst internet. Not in one place but every where. Don’t know what @TRAI is doing for customers?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Facing worst experience with wifi services at my location. There is too much disruption any time, affecting my work from home. Team is so incompetent here they took 5 days to fix a broken wire issue. Dont behave like local cheap ISP

    When Airtel came to Goa , the started luring customers with offers and trying to create a monopoly from regional Ethernet provider. Last 2 months, showed the true colour. Wi-Fi is almost down every third day and no proper customer service @airtelindia

    Hello @airtelindia! Your wifi and mobile network has been a nuisance for quite some now. For someone working from home this is super annoying as both stop functioning at the same time. And only if your app was half helpful I could have avoided from posting it here.
