@airtelindia There is absolutely no provision for any customer to give a closure/disconnection request from either mobile app/web portal. when we call customer care to d same, we r forced to wait hours and hours for some agent to close it. Still it doesn't get closed! #fraudulent

When we call for a new connection/shift in connection,u guys will have prompt customer service and will immediately respond. But when d same customer wants to close d connection, u ignore them completely? Wat business model guys👏🏼 #hypocrisy @airtelindia

@airtelindia you are keen on just haording money. A service request was raised on 15 and has been resolved yet. A new connection request raised last night at 11:30 and an executive was sent. Noice.

@airtelindia My #Airtel plan was valid for 2-3 more days. I done recharge today assuming a @airtelindia will active the same on expiry. However my 2-3 days validity is overwritten and my new pack activated. And there is no help from their complain number 198. #unfair #airtelthanks
