    So I have Shifted to a new flat in Bengaluru recently, and after hearing good reviews about @airtelindia, we got an Airtel Wi-Fi connection. We even paid extra for the UPS installation. It's been almost a month since the payment, but the UPS still hasn't been installed. We've tried reaching out multiple times through emails, but every single time we receive the same automated reply. No actual update, no resolution. You can clearly see: - Payment made on 15 June - First email sent on 26 June - Follow-up emails every 2–3 days - Another email on 7 July - Yet, the same automated response every time. This level of customer support is honestly frustrating. Can someone from @airtelindia please look into this and help resolve the issue?

    Dear @airtelindia we need corporate postpaid numbers. I contacted Airtel Customer Care, and they arranged a callback. Someone contacted me 10 days ago, but since then there's been no response. Does Airtel no longer want new customers? Very disappointing. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Mother ******* bastards, teri ma ki chuth, randi ka bache, Your ******* “Unlimited 5G” is a complete joke—my internet dies the second my daily 1.5–2GB quota ends, despite paying for unlimited 5G. Your useless AI customer care and garbage app solve absolutely nothing.

    @airtelindia my airtel sim stopped working with no network in the US while roaming internationally. Connection, international roaming and phone are all active and working. Suspecting a SIM issue, how can I get a replacement SIM from here or convert my SIM to an eSIM?

    @airtelindia dear team we want to discuss with your airtel authoris person because we raised the complaint for wifi on 8 july 2026 but nobody was responding till now and they provided a very bad service. 31-1000014821897 this my complaint no.
