No network in my area 395003 since last 2 days. Constantly calling but no problem solution @JioCare I am incurring 10k/day loss due to banking otp. My worst mistake was that I ported my main banking number to jii @Airtel_Presence please guide me how to port to @airtelindia ASAP.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If sim is inactive and ticket raised in app will be resolved in 15 days and obviously contacting customer care is not possible, how do you suggest the customer to function without network. Customer for 10 years ! Postpaid customer !

@Airtel_Presence just to inform I deactivate the Fixed IP on my broadband 5 month back and in every bill you are charging it, why don't you update your staff or software? @airtelindia Mittal sir please help them, fund them to upgrade the software or staff.
