    @Sketchbud @airtelindia They only give internet for 29 days.. On 30th day.. Internet connectivity is zero.. from morning itself..@airtelindia.. My problem still not solved.. I will not do recharge untill get solution..

    Really disappointed with the support from @airtelindia @Airtel_Payment and @OfficialDMRC. Rs 500 was deducted while recharging my Airtel NCMC card via the Thanks App, but the balance was never credited. There's no refund. My complaints keep getting closed without resolution.

    So finally after doing unfruitful complaint to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence regarding fake discount offered to me.. I am being told to physically visit the store for demering the number first from wifi and than wait for 7 days before deactivating my connection...gr8..

    Airtel is dead now I am facing a network issue since 2 months and Airtel has done nothing to fix it when I call the customer service they ask to restart the phone I told them I already tried it but they say again restart it and wait it will resolve @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My home Internet has been down for a whole day - despite promises from your team nobody visits to resolve the issues. This is the second time the tickets were closed without a visit or resolution! This is a great way to lose customers
