@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I taken Airtel EC sim card Feb1 2020 . Paid ₹ 2200 for activation and stock . Not yet Authorised my EC . Agent not attending my call . Tried 121, Mitra , Retailers email Everything not working .

@dkarthikTOI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Yes I’m also facing the same In Kalkandar Kottai,Ponmalai Area too I face lot’s of call drop on daily basis.They take complaints but not fix anything & 4G speeds are like peanuts, I don’t even get a steady 5Mbps speed🙃.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I have recently changed my number from other network to Airtel. I'm able to send a SMS from the recently changed Airtel number. But I am unable to receive SMS to the recently changed Airtel number. Could u say a solution to resolve it?
