@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi received calls from your team, but they briefed me on features of Xtreme only and no solution. Request to send me a new Xtreme box connection which comes bundled with Xtreme fiber. I tried using Airtel thanks app but could not raise request there. 9082963977

I have registered for Wifi connection with @airtelindia on 30th dec 2020. After certain follow up with technicians they suddenly stop responding & customer support team also didn’t supported, its been 6 days now after paying money, my issue has not solved , worst service provider

I am utterly surprised by how a 70yr old man is made to struggle for using his own phone number(used for 15 yrs),1.he is asked to pay 80000 rs 2. Being a 70 yr old ,He is being going from store to store for a solution.This is ridulous @airtelindia @VittalGopal #CustomerService
