    @airtelindia you have made it impossible to talk to any human representative to resolve any issue, impossible to exit your service. Past 3 days your internet has been down in my area. All I am getting is false promises! Great misuse of your monopoly. @TRAI

    @airtelindia Customer from 25+ years. I logged a case today that is supposedly going to be resolved ETA 23 July (15 days). Your decision of not having an oncall support means customers need to commute to nearest Airtel Center to get issue resolved. Extremely poor service.
