    @airtelindia with out any intimation they have renewed Amazonprime subscription, then exorbitant charges on IR roaming. With that they employee goons to collect payments horrible experience. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia how come we are just not able to reach out to any of the customer service analyst . 198 makes it spin and makes us reach where we started from. Conveniently charging bill without even checking .
