    Tried calling @airtelindia customer support (121/198). Got stuck in AI hell, finally reached IVR, pressed 9, then "Insufficient balance to make this call". My plan's validity is till Aug 15. Now we gotta PAY to talk to support? What kind of scam is this? @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @reliancejio i am currently using @ViCustomerCare vodafone poatpaid. I want to do lorting on immediate basis. Kindly connect and send me Best plan will Process today itself. Vodafone guys dont deserve loyal customer like me.

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet has constant connectivity issues & frequent outages. Running business with such unreliable internet is a nightmare. Had to take @airtelindia AirFiber as backup, which now serves as our primary connection. ACT is simply not dependable for business use

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Hi. My request for deactivating (not unsubscribe) Amazon prime is pending for more than a week. Now Netflix has been downgraded and I’m unable to select premium again. And your customer care is unable to resolve my problems.

    @airtelindia Around 50 phone calls to 121.. conversations with the “supervisor” on call on 121 (they are busier than probably the PM of this country (so difficult for them to find time to even talk to a airtel black customer) .. emails to regional manager of airtel.Nothing helps
