  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged Airtel no with 299 rs plan but today morning, but the internet working very slow, no customer care number to solve the issue. Even there is no resolution on the Airtel app. Fake customer care. Worst internet service. No response

  @airtelindia you have very pathetic sim replacement service and staff at the store. My sim stopped working and when I reached out to store they rejected my ID saying photo is not coming clear of id in our app. Can't you simply do a fingerprint KYC like @reliancejio

  Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday Airtel Xstream fiber is not working properly so I reboot it from application but it not worked so I Reset it but then there is no service available..kindly help

  @airtelindia @airtelnews is airtel allowing service center franchises to take unlimited service charges for SIM card replacement. As I know it is maz RS:25/- but for me they charged more and more. This question not only for me I just want to know how you ppl control the charges.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Revalidation recharge of Rs 128/- and talktime recharge of rs 100/- mobile no 975***6678 is not activated. Please help. Despite of my DM your response even from a bot is still awaited. Planning to port the sim to some other company.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic service by Airtel broadband installation support team. Chasing them from last 2 months, already raised complaint also closed in background without consent of consumer; made error in cable while installation now no reply fibre no 02010302760
