@Airtel_Presence : A complaint ( 133013906) was raised on 26/6/21. The executive assured the resolution within 24hrs. After 4 days, the issue is not fixed. Everyday I just get an assurance that it will get fixed within 6hrs, but no resolution. Very poor service. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet Fiber Connectivity in our area is down since 4 hours, the resolution time keeps increasing. Local guys earlier said it will get resolved in 2 hours. and now mobile phone is switched off. Kindy help resolving soon

@TataSkyBinge @TataSky my binge device not activated after 48 hours. Both days Customer care is saying we will work on that but no update and not resolved. Kindly have a look or collect the binge device n set top box also. @airtelindia want to try Ur DTH
