Technically it's false FIR But, I found this to be quicker than dealing with their customer care EXECUTIVE Had damaged my Airtel SIM while swapping. Their executive kept me waiting for a week. Was hell bent on selling me new SIM FIR route worked like a charm

@airtelindia Regret to inform that Airtel disconnects lines even after making payments.We have made payment thro’ RTGS but the same does not get updated on the Hub. Whose fault is it!. Last 6 months this has been the damn issue & we haven’t been able to get a solution to this

@ragarwal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Poor business practices by Airtel. In my case they’re not giving a new connection despite going to a store, tweeting them etc in your case, they’re not even interested to service an existing customer. India is suffering the pain of duopoly.
