    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if the existing customer sim card chip failed why customer submit again documents to issue new sim? Though he is existing customer? Why customer should have again follow procedure and pain? It's been happen for me 2 times in last 2 years.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence just 10 days into Your Xtream Broadband service, i am already disappointed Goes Red right around 1 PM everyday Your mobile service already tests my patience daily but did not expect similar levels of connectivity and bad service with Broadband.

    The service has gone worst. From few days me and many airtel broadband users in my area are facing unstable connection. I'm facing a high ping issue since the day i got my connection. And from few daya it has gone worse @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm in UK & my airtel SIM has got corrupted. I tried reaching out customer care through phone, mail & DM. But I've not get any resolution. I needed this SIM activated urgently as this is my primary no. So pls guide me for possible solutions?

    Dear @airtelindia, your international customer service is at its absolute worst. My sim card isn't latching on to any network outside the country for the past 2 months. Even after multiple complaints through mail and call, there's still no resolution.

    @airtelindia I have raised a request for upgrading my broadband connection on 15 Nov and it has still not been done. I have been following up with customer care and all I get is that it will be fixed in 24 hours. Could you please either fix it or just turn off my connection.

    @Airtel_Presence calls and internet are not working from morning. Raised a case from a different phone and got a message saying it will take 8 days for resolution. Please look into this asap @airtelindia
