This is affecting my banking services& Aadhaar verification.Kindly escalate this on priority and provide a resolution

    To make matters worse, I’m now being asked to purchase the service again and wait for a refund of the amount already paid. There is no proper cstmr support, no resolution, and I dnt even have an option to cancel the service. Extremely disappointing experience. (3/3) @airtelindia

    not be installed due to a “tech issue.” I was assured it would be fixed the very nxt day. It has now been 2wks, nd the issue is still un reslvd. The service representative keeps delaying the installation despite me having already paid the installation charges.(2/3) @airtelindia

    @airtelindia very poor service n embarrassing services. I m a very old customer of airtel but I m sorry to say that the services are totally rubbish. Can't able to speak to ur customer care postpaid section. Kindly look in the matter and guide me how to port my sim .
