@airtelindia @TRAI frustrated by getting a normal data pack since 48 hrs from airtel and no resolution. Only answer we got, I understand your concern. Favorite answer for all escalation. Such big company is overlooking system bug and executive are not able to contact tech team.

Pathetic customer service and IVR @airtelindia. customer service is incredibly painful. For 5 days trying change my plan from 100mbps to 200mbps. No clue yet when it will be done. Already paid for 6 months for 200mbps plan 3+ day ago. Shame on you @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I just got a routine robot response from you guys , there is no effort to improve network services in my area , I wrote a complain 2 week before and still it’s the same laggy network , very inconsistent & inconvenient network , please do something !!

@airtelindia I requested to airtel Xstream fiber for new connection on 18th of January. Airtel team informed me that they will come on 20th at 10 am but they came at 3:30 pm and stopped their work in mid and gone without completing the work. They not came till now. Worst work.
