  @airtelindia My internet has been down for (since 31-03-26). I already registered a complaint, but there has been no resolution or response so far. This prolonged delay is extremely inconvenient. Please address this issue urgently and restore the service @airtelnews

  Customer care had arranged multiple call backs for me but I have never received one. They wanted proofs on mail, which I submitted. They wanted 72hrs then 48hr again and then again 24hrs yet no call back or any issue resolution. Is @airtelindia really working on the issues ?

  It’s been over a month of continuous complaints still no resolution. 5G is completely not working at my home, while it works just a few steps outside. This clearly shows a network issue. If this is not fixed, I will change provider once my current plan expires. @airtelindia
