    @airtelindia I am using ur broadband for 8 yrs. Recently for more than a month my line is not working properly. After thanks app ticket, Tech told me the junction box located in the road need to change. But not doing it. I am forced to switch hathway. 04490754305_tn 48553700

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/ 3 days back to till date internet not working properly. We complain jio care . promise to resolve queries. But not resolved till. @airtelindia please reply prrtibilities process.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia request number 10049120675 for broadband issue was resolved by the technician from the backend stating the problem wont be repeated. Post that 7 times call have been made but still the router hasnt been changed. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia I've been an Airtel cx for many years. All worked fine w/o many hiccups. As soon as I changed the plan to Airtel Black, everything, from service functionality to billing, literally everything is messed up. To add to frustration is the template response from cx svc.

    @airtelindia I called the customer care before leaving india for international roaming pack they said if you call or pickup the call then only amount will be chargeable now i got the bill of 8000 and i got calls from @SBICard_Connect only to convert my outside into emei on dnd

    @airtelindia Your Xtreme Fiber is giving me extreme pain in my *** as it's down since 36 hours and your team says it will take 2 more days. There is no outage still your team member will take 2 more days to come to my place to fix the issue. WTF service you are giving !!!
