.. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia dear team, I am sitting at Airtel Service Center Muzaffarnagar, they are charging me 100 rupees for sim replacement as my sim was not working. However, online support said 25 rs. Why is over charge here??

@airtelindia My query is not resolved since last month. Now i get frustrated and 😡 when I see Airtel's ad on TV ,when it says v will nt stop until v answer all qries. I'm afraid, With such kind of service and network how will u stop!!!! Nywy, I'm switching to Jio now... Fyi.

@airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI
