Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am unable to register to network from past week, I have tried to change the sim slot. Both sim slots are properly working. Could you help identify the issue. When I change slot, I get tower signal but then they go away. I am using S22 ultra.

@airtelindia bloody worst service provider. Ur service goes down on Sundays/holidays.Recharged my 56 days pack day 2days back & I'm repenting this. I've been complaining abt this since last 2 years. Ur customer care executive are always sorry but don't do anything. will port out.

@airtelindia @DoT_India But not providing services to your costumer and provide any platform to solve their problems because it is mandatory to join 90 day after porting number so it is not compulsory to provide solutions.

Does it take a month for @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to install broadband connection, pathetic is the word for your services, Your customer agents never answer the calls, replies to messages after 2 days Is there anyone in the company who really cares about the customers.

@airtelindia Yes you may best service provider but on my first day service of porting from jio to Airtel i got cheated by service provider they charge me for two months plan and i get one month plan after they are not answering my call and their is not any platform to complain against him.
