@Airtel_Presence Hv I made a right decision by switching to Airtel? @airtelindia The response you have given is a day late! Is the customer supposed to suffer till then? My issue was resolved the next morning, BUT your response to a customer grievance is tremendously fast(pun intended) #airtel

@Airtel_Presence I am outside India and suddenly @airtelindia stopped my SIM card 80*****267 It is big hassel for me, how and where I can reach to solve the issue, really don't know. Pathetic experience, I am not receiving calls even Messages OTP's it is truly bad situation.

I am facing the worst experience from airtel xstream fibre and no resolution has been done from last 4 days even after complaining for multiple times at airtel office in Jaipur and to the local techinician. Kindly resolve this problem @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
