@airtelindia I took airtel broadband with basic plan. But the connection most of the time doesn’t not work. We are paying monthly bills, but if we fail on due dates you guys are charging penalties. But what about the service most of the time it won’t work.

@airtelindia I dont know y this happen, i have recharge data pack of 19 rupees almost half hour till now can't use data pack. I think @airtelindia u should remove 19 rupee data pack plain or fix it.

@airtelindia if you can't provide me good internet in a college area then please switch off your service taking charge and providing nothing , your postpaid service is a wastage then now i migrate to prepaid again. And i can't change operator because I am 17 .
