@Airtel_Presence @airtel_xstream @airtelindia Registered complaint in afternoon as internet was not working. ( Airtel xtream fibre : 019147128286_dsl is 132729618). No action taken in whole day & demonstration of lousy attitude towards customer. Upset & Plz resolve immediately.

@airtelindia I usually recharge my Airtel number through GPay. When I requested monthly invoice(All the recharges invoice in a file) for the recharges done, Airtel is asking me to contact GPay. When I checked with GPay support, they are redirecting me to Airtel.

Worst ever service by airtel. Day by day internet speed decreasing and few times it is not working having the 4g network.I am at present at a capital city of state. If it is the condition of a city then what would be the condition at rural areas. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Benefits of 48 pack haven't been credited. Recharge was done today morning. Nobody has bothered to reply to my DM or tweets. Airtel customer service has become pathetic nowadays. I guess I will have to escalate to Nodal Authority.
