@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel, need clarification for one of the issue. If the Airtel sim not showing any network then we have to replace that sim by visiting Airtel Store right? So, does you charge for replacing that network issue sim with another new one?

Just pathetic service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Have been following up for more than 10 days to get the duplicate sim and even after multiple visits no resolution. Not sure whether this tweet helps but wanted to bring into notice.
