    @RishiNangia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue is systemic!! If you call 121, you have to narrate the whole story to a new person every time. The young person has a menu in front. If the problem does not fit the menu, good luck to the customer! My issue is logged time & again as a "Network" issue!

    @airtelindia - Anyone at airtel looking at airtel thanks app? Probably the worst experience for existing customers who simply want to know the renewal amount and bill. Current on 6 month plan for broadband, just no way to see next bill and amount due.
