I am not able to get network at specific time from 8 to 12 at night. So @airtelindia can u fix the problem. I gave multiple complaints on airtel thanks app but I don't think it have been soved.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel, need clarification for one of the issue. If the Airtel sim not showing any network then we have to replace that sim by visiting Airtel Store right? So, does you charge for replacing that network issue sim with another new one?

@airtelindia Worst service by #airtel.My number : 7012020688 needed to convert my SIM to E-Sim and for that I called airtel customer care and they told It will take 7 days to get an e-mail updated but now in Airtel App the complaint is shown as closed while my e-mail id is not yet updated.

@airtelindia Well this is not the only issue. I waited almost 1.5 months, but I can't hold it anymore. I bought a new Airtel Broadband, with 3-months advance rental. Along with it, I also bought the Airtel XStream Box, don't know why it was set replacement of my existing Airtel DTH [1/2]
