@ramnikmann @airtelindia They are no-1 in only add's. They dont know what is customer service and the network. Their boss thinks thats only their add's will do everything. Worst service network of the country. I m their 10 years old customer but they even dont reply to my complaints forgot abt solution.

@airtelindia No matter how much you boast about your coverage and problem resolution, fact is... both are pathetic. In my case since last 1 month. Already raised issue 14 days ago but no calls yet from you to ascertain customer satisfaction. Very poor.
