    @airtelindia Your services are worst. No way to connect to customer care. I have been trying to change my broadband plan, but 499 plan is not showing on app, and no one is there whom I can contact, Sales Officer doesn’t pick call. Urgently change it to 499 fibre plan. 9999291719

    @airtelindia I wont pay a single penny if My current 799 plan is auto billed to me. Change it now to 499 or tell me how to proceed for disconnection. I have never experienced such things. Really disappointing and frustrating.

    @airtelindia Network in our area having pin code 401101 is very bad and the speed is only 10 kbps... we have to wait to open web browser as wee. I have 4 connection in our family and if the network didn't restore then have to change into other available network

    @airtelindia @airtelcare I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel, from day one I'm not able to make any calls, raised complaint 2 times within 19 days of porting. Still no resolution and complaint got closed. Pathetic service !!

    @airtelindia My sim has suddenly stopped working. Tried all the available debugging. It seems to be blocked. What are the resolutions around the same? I tried calling customer care but they were of no help. Please escalate the same as the number is linked to all essential things.
