    @airtelindia is the worst wifi broadband service. If you try to lodge a complaint, they will give you the last complaint number and say it has been resolved even though it was never resolved. They are so insecure that you can't even change wifi name without airtel name in it.

    @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

    Really regret porting from Jio. @airtelindia, you have 24 hours to consolidate our lines to the 1199 plan and fix the IPTV before I file a formal case with the Consumer Forum (NCH) and TRAI. Stop ignoring your customers.

    @airtelindia recently i visited Himachal like spiti kaza chitkul i was surprised that network was on emergency/Zero service & some how @reliancejio was able to gv 4G/5G service, not comparing but plans/price are same but atleast basic calling & low Internet is expected
