@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

@Airtel_Presence Broadband disconnection request raised 12 Feb, ticket id: 10019001861 Now I am getting a bill with the message that my acc is suspended LOL. worst service resolution when it comes to disconnection. @airtelindia any plans to actually resolve this?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now its more than 48 hrs and still no response from airtel. Feel so frustrated that I went for Airtel. Despite of paying the required installation amount of 590 rs on 7Mar, no one came or contacted for installation. No response to mail/customer care.
