@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

@airtelindia what pathetic service.. I have put shifting request of my airtel wifi on 31sr mqrch.. It is still pending.. Today morning i caller costomer care.. Still they have not taken it seriously.. Telling that by evening it will be done...why evening?? Very dissatisfactory..

@airtelindia worst connection at my home we are total 6 users n 3 members WFH but the service we are getting is worst, cnt attend any calls, zoom session hve complained many times but nothing got better. Complaint never gets sorted or addressed. Really disappointed.

@airtelindia : My complaint is pending since more than 10 days with no one responding. One technical assistance who visited was rude and asked me to get refund from the sales person. Now no one is responding. This is pure harrasment
