@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

@Airtel_Presence Hello @Airtel_Presence My complaint has been closed in Airtel Thanks app without a resolution. I'm not able to find the status currently. Still my query is not being addressed and its awaiting for a resolution. @airtelindia

@JabezDhinakar @airtelindia Supvsr not available and the one sittng next to him/her coming online posing as a supervisor is nothing new, they always have GENUINE reasons & the ticket that is open can stay open for 8 or 10 months & eventually close without resolution,so hope for less
