Over that there are additional problems. Unbelievable! I had placed request for cancellation on 15th Feb evening very same day. Even this is delayed.

I have changed my ISP back to #BBNL again and it works smooth as always.

We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

Your decision of not having an oncall support means customers need to commute to nearest Airtel Center to get issue resolved. Extremely poor service.
