@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you technicians came and installed a branded router as per my request. But now, with this ZTE brand router there are new issues. 1. Twitter doesn't work on app or browser when connected to wifi, but works fine when connected to phone Internet

@airtelindia is one of the most pathetic networks in Customer service. Been a corporate customer for more than a decade now and their South Indian team is making our life hell. My sim has stopped working and I was supposed to receive an alternate sim immediately but not yet.
