@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

@Airtel_Presence You can call me anytime as I'm available. Please treat this on priority or assist me to move out of @airtelindia if this cannot fixed. I'm paying ₹1180 per month which is going as total waste since 4 months now.

Its utter shameful that no response to the grivances raised. Observed frequent disruption of service in broadband. This is how airtel makes customers happy and still charging for full amount. @airtelindia @airtel_care @reliancejio
