    Hello @Airtel_Presence We have lot of problem today with poor network connectivity. Mobiles are coming switched off for most of @airtelindia phone no.'s. internet is very weak. Calls not working. Please help!

    @Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

    And @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia as I'd told earlier also if this problem continues even after router replacement then I need a full refund on this because since day 1 I'm facing this problem. I have changed my ISP back to #BBNL again and it works smooth as always.

    @Airtel_Presence You can call me anytime as I'm available. Please treat this on priority or assist me to move out of @airtelindia if this cannot fixed. I'm paying ₹1180 per month which is going as total waste since 4 months now.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you technicians came and installed a branded router as per my request. But now, with this ZTE brand router there are new issues. 1. Twitter doesn't work on app or browser when connected to wifi, but works fine when connected to phone Internet

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hey again! You technicians had replaced the router on 15th February, still thre problem persists. Over that there are additional problems. Unbelievable! I had placed request for cancellation on 15th Feb evening very same day. Even this is delayed.

    @Airtel_Presence Hello @Airtel_Presence My complaint has been closed in Airtel Thanks app without a resolution. I'm not able to find the status currently. Still my query is not being addressed and its awaiting for a resolution. @airtelindia

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Yep, that's the kind of **** they keep doing. So I just canned them and went back to Jio. If it's a prepaid account, they simply turn off ur incoming calls and SMS after 24 hours if not charged.

    @airtelindia @JioCare @TRAI During these calls, I was falsely informed that my UPC (Unique Porting Code) had been blocked by Airtel and that I needed to send an SMS in the format "CANCEL and number " to 1900 to unblock it. This is misleading, as sending that SMS would cancel my porting request.

    to responsible person. In our gated community over 70% of the family are using @airtelindia but unfortunately last year I shifted to @reliancejio Since then problem persists and no human is available in customer care; only voice interactive messages. Frustrated 😣 (2/2)

    @Cartidise Fun fact, @airtelindia shuts down 5G after 1 am at night and remain off until 6am morning in some areas. Airtel #AirFiber doesn't use 5G NSA , but relying on 5G NSA (EN-DC) which results in high latency & packet loss especially at night.

    @airtelindia daily I'm facing wifi connectivity issues. For more than half of the day wifi is down. blinking orange and red light. Several times i have raised service request. Engineer will not visit and remotely he will say I have checked and wifi will start. Again same issue
