We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

Over that there are additional problems. Unbelievable! I had placed request for cancellation on 15th Feb evening very same day. Even this is delayed.

I have changed my ISP back to #BBNL again and it works smooth as always.

Airtel always had such issues, 5g not working, network down etc, and these issues are fixed by airplane on/off or sim disable/enable. But again, read the terms and conditions you agreed to!
