Over that there are additional problems. Unbelievable! I had placed request for cancellation on 15th Feb evening very same day. Even this is delayed.

We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

I have been trying to disconnect it since Sunday and almost called 100 different people but no resolution. I don't know why it's soo dramatic. I am frustrated a lot. Sometimes their customer care people says to call 121 and nothing happens on 121, after a beep the call get cut.
