    @Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

    @airtelindia My 4G sim card been malfunctioning since yesterday, #airtelstore didn't even check the problem just asked me to pay 200 bucks and get a new sim. Is that how it works? Very unprofessional behaviour over that, I expect better. It's time for network swap instead.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews i am not receiving a few OTP sms even after 24 hours completed for the updated new sim. When i call customer care and ask for a solution they are saying it will take 24 working hours for resolving this issue.
