    @Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

    @Airtel_Presence Hello @Airtel_Presence My complaint has been closed in Airtel Thanks app without a resolution. I'm not able to find the status currently. Still my query is not being addressed and its awaiting for a resolution. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Regarding my broadband connectivity issue 10120088018 CC executive told that it will be resolved by 8pm but the status is changed to "customer not in front of router". Till now I didn't receive call from technician & cc executive can't provide ETA
