We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

I have changed my ISP back to #BBNL again and it works smooth as always.

Over that there are additional problems. Unbelievable! I had placed request for cancellation on 15th Feb evening very same day. Even this is delayed.

I have been trying to disconnect my Airtel broadband, but apparently, actually leaving the service is much harder than getting it in the first place. There is no clear option on your app to request broadband disconnection.
