@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

Screw you @airtelindia !! 2 months since I have switched from jio to you. but your network is far more worse..! call drops and network vanishing is an everyday thing. Do something or else another network switch is on the cards.

I’ve experienced the most poor display of customer support from @airtelindia who couldn’t resolve a single query for almost a month now. Really disappointed with the frivolous attitude towards loyal customers. They only helped me with new complain ID’s every time I called them.
