@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

@TRAI, @ViCustomerCare is forcing me to cancel port to @airtelindia by spamming me via SMS and calling and saying in order to proceed with the port I need to SMS CANCEL phonenumber to 1900. Their network has lots of dropped calls at almost 50%.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It seems Airtel has stopped responding to customer complaints. My Net connectivity is not there for the last 15days but except for calling the IVR, there is nothing much I can do. Nobody in Airtel is bothered to even give a call. Pathetic response.
