Hello @Airtel_Presence We have lot of problem today with poor network connectivity. Mobiles are coming switched off for most of @airtelindia phone no.'s. internet is very weak. Calls not working. Please help!

@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

1. Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , My Broadband Fiber Optic Connection is down from past Monday 05/12/2022 till present and no resolution, nothing fixed just customer care giving fake assurance and delaying the fix for next 24 hours and this has been repeatedly told everyday.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I'm not able to receive incoming calls from most of my contacts. On raising a complaint through 121, it shows an approximate of 15 days for resolution of the problem.
