Over that there are additional problems. Unbelievable! I had placed request for cancellation on 15th Feb evening very same day. Even this is delayed.

I have changed my ISP back to #BBNL again and it works smooth as always.

We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

We even paid extra for the UPS installation. It's been almost a month since the payment, but the UPS still hasn't been installed. We've tried reaching out multiple times through emails, but every single time we receive the same automated reply. No actual update, no resolution. You can clearly see: - Payment made on 15 June - First email sent on 26 June - Follow-up emails every 2–3 days - Another email on 7 July - Yet, the same automated response every time. This level of customer support is honestly frustrating. Can someone from @airtelindia please look into this and help resolve the issue?
