@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

Pretty bad sales approach @airtelindia You sell a fibre connection, take immediate upfront payment and then deny service quoting operational incapability. This needs an immediate fix.
