@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

@airtelindia Taking connectivity to next level is good, but pls. also ensure that basic mobile signal quality is ensured in cities like Vizag where most of the city has very poor Airtel connectivity, forget about 3G or 4G. No respite despite several complainants.

@airtelindia Airtel has dumbest customer service. They annoy me with their daily IVR calls for some stupid data packs. I complained several times but they are deaf. Their DND is a useless service. Don't choose Airtel Shame on u #Airtel5GPlusLaunch
