    All the technician from @airtelindia did was tech a pic of error which I already shared earlier to them in my first mail. This unwanted bureaucracy could cost customer experience.

    On top that , I was told that Airtel will compensate for the days I haven’t used the WiFi because of the connection. Now, I am recieving messages that saying I need to pay full payment. The customer care told that she made a note for discount @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @PMOIndia Service Request No31-1000013930910 , dated 27/05/2026 - this is my 10 th request in last one year. Unable to call my son having a Jio number in Bengaluru. Airtel is totally hopeless to solve this and closing the complaint arbitrarily.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews After 15 hour of down time they came and corrected it. Who will give the services extension for down time .Evey some same issue out of 30 days get services for 25 to 27 days

    @airtelindia I m using Airtel xtream fiber for last 2 yrs. Earlier Hoichoi ott was included, now surprisingly found that it is not listed there. Why it has been removed? I m paying postpaid with same amount. Very strange. No chat service available in xtream on this.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia my Airtel Xstream Wi-Fi has been down for nearly 3 days. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, no technician has visited and no resolution has been provided. Billing is on time, but service and support are not. Please resolve immediately

    @airtelindia I paid ₹3,500 for a 6-month internet plan, yet my Wi-Fi is still not working. The payment has already been completed, so why hasn't the service been activated? This is completely unacceptable. I've fulfilled my part by paying the bill, and I'm still left without it
