    @airtelindia after consistent follow ups. Im exhausted with @Airtel_Presence and service at Jamshedpur. No one pics up the call. In service false closures are made without any one attending. In post paid iv to keep paying airtel. Height of Hypocrisy and poor customer orientation

    .@airtelindia One of my numbers is blocked and neither the Green Park Airtel people, who issued the number, not the Customer Care know what’s happening. This involves calls longer than 30 mins and trips to the Airtel store.

    @airtelindia #airtelxstreamfiber i have wasted so much time got harrased, customer care has worst people who talk senseless...asking me to call Airtel to change plan, even after changing the same in app and paying all amt.Then why AIRTEL THANKS APP? TO OCCUPY SPACE IN MY PHONE

    @airtelindia Thn I was asked to pay around 83 for unbundle which I am not getting an option to pay on thanks app. I called again your customer care, they are unable to solve it for one day and on next day they told me to go to airtel store and pay. To b cont. in next tweet.

    @airtelindia Now the airtel store guy is telling again some 20 to 25 extra I have to pay tomorrow. Which I am sure I won't be getting an option to pay on thanks app. What's this nonsense going on within your customer support system. Is it for help or torturing 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
