This is complaint regarding @airtelindia 's deliberate delay in approving my port out request, it is clear violation of guidelines of @TRAI about MNP process, Its been 7 days & still @Airtel_Presence is not processing the request, @TRAI plz look into this🙏

@_atma @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yes but I am not going to keep quiet. I will escalate this matter to government bodies. If required consumer court. Even you can write to the media also with all proof. I have done the same. I have written to nodal officials but they are also like AirTel customer care.

Clearly he has no information and istead of solving these he got hyper. Not a single person were able to solve my issue. Being a platinum segment customer who pays 1800 rs per month I hope at least I deserve an explanation for all this. @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelcare
