This is complaint regarding @airtelindia 's deliberate delay in approving my port out request, it is clear violation of guidelines of @TRAI about MNP process, Its been 7 days & still @Airtel_Presence is not processing the request, @TRAI plz look into this🙏

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I switched from airtel prepaid to postpaid few days back , today my old sim network turned off , switched to new sim, but new sim is also not working. It's already 1+ hour and neither my new sim nor old sim is working, can you please fix it ASAP.

@Sumantra_m @airtelindia Same in mumbai. Most often voice of party on other side not heard. Then resort to whatsapp call. Call drops are so frequent. Mine is a tata connection converted to airtel after takeover. Tata never gave any problem ever.

Fed up. Very poor network for last few months. 4g means atleast network without buffering. But after every second our devices starts buffering. Now introspect. If you cant, will try another company.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
