@airtelindia Telco is communication and not advertising. I have been dialling one hospital on emergency and *repeatedly* getting the covid information. Get the telecom ministry to stop this nonsense or be prepared to lose your market. This message is driving people crazy.

Ridiculous customer service by you, @airtelindia. If I ever believed in good customer service, it was one company, Airtel. I’ve been trying to chase multiple customer support reps since days, trying to shift my wifi services, but no lock on top of rude customer service reps!

I am fedup with airtel postpaid service. Airtel will offer many services and facilities before taking connection.but these services are useless and u will be irritate when u need service. This is my experience. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
