  @airtelindia your black WiFi is not currently working and Airtel app does not have any option get connected to customer care. An AI chat bot is just sending automated messages saying some problem in your locality and will be solved in 5-6 hours.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews What kind of service you're providing. I started using your wifi 2 years back and due to poor connection and frequent disconnection, I decided to stop you're service. I searched in your app to raise a disconnection request and it's not there Contnued.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is not about the payment, when a request to close a connection is made, airtel pushes customer to pause it or transfer it, promising nothing will be charged. Then close the request, never followup, generates bills and start calling 10 times in a day to irritate so people pay
