In the age of 5G airtel customers are living in the 2G network connection. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your customer service behave like a parrot and have a similar answer for any problem. I am facing network problem from past 1 month and i have made multiple complaints.

@airtelindia Hello recently i purchased Airtel hotspot model E5573cs 609 i tried it using its function wifi extender which increases signal of any wifi coming into your area, this shows 2.4ghz names but not 5.0 ghz wifi band. Please help to fix this problem. I want it catch 5 ghz

@airtelindia Good to see the launch of 5G services. But what is the use. I can't use your 4G services. Have raised issues many times. But found the status was closed without resolving my issue. I don't know why I am using the postpaid service from you.
