    @Airtel_Presenc @airtelindia when I am raising a cancellation policy of my boadband connection non of your executive are coming down to deactivate my account, forcing me to pay the bill. Even I have not used it. Said 24mbps recieving 4mbps

    Yesterday, had 500MB left in my @airtelindia sim. Thought to share via hotspot. Within a few minutes the data got over, that also when no one was sharing. Ridiculous @airtelindia . In @JioCare hotspot always was on &no data problem. Don’t know how they are counting data usage

    Hello @Airtel_Presence I paid for a connection INR 5200, fibre couldn't be installed at home. Its been more than a month, am waiting for refund. Please help. Mobile number 9819439449, tried reaching the IVR but in vain. Is there an email id? Please help @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @ViCustomerCare So, it's very disheartening but you're losing a dedicated Voda user. I'm porting my sim to @airtelindia on this new year. It's final goodbye. Your service is good in cities, but you completely overlook rural areas. Thank you for your service.

    Why don't Telecom service providers compensate their customers for the disruption in services because of their technical issues?? Or do they ever compensate for their technical glitches? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence fiber/fixed line services are not working since last evening?

    @airtelindia upgraded 999 plan and paid for one year. Got message executive shall call soon. Nothing happened. After following up customer care, suprisingly no fiber service available. Why not thanks app warn the same? On regular basis received messages to upgrade. Absurd, weird

    @Airtel_Presence In dont need any discussion. I need action which you denied on call. No resolution provided. Only call and talks will not help any customer. Even you are not registering my complaint. It proves @airtelindia doesnt want to give good customer services but only give false promises.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i received only fake answer from airtel Any person not take any actions against customer problem because Airtel not find fast solution Now I suggest please dont go with airtel and dont port your sim because third class service from Airtel
