  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

  @airtelindia SINCE LAST 6YEARS Airtel is unable to activate Landline service wheras all other services such as Fiber optic, broadband, xtream tv, cctv, etc.. are available... very disappointedand no on reploes when it will get started... its written in plan still they r not activ
