Sometimes I'm unable to place any outgoing calls and sometimes receive any incoming calls. It's happening with all the numbers whether I'm calling to my number from Jio, Airtel or Vodafone.

There's is separate line item at the same time for a local call. Till now you have not been able to tell me how that's possible. You are just closing the ticket saying billing is correct. How can a operator of your size allow fraud within your network? On top of that I was told my complaint is legit and I will get the refund in my next bill. You have closed the ticket with a different comment saying bill is correct. Now after the second bill it's too late to address old bill complaint? This is crazy @airtelindia
