But again no one call me. Then after a day I called customer care and she said same as before.

Then I talked to supervisor, he said sir jaisa hme pata chla h, k box apke ghr se 200-250 mtr dur h, islye apke cancel kr diya gya.

I have reached out to Airtel Store, Appellate authority, X dm everything. I will also be porting my existing Airtel Black connection to Jio. Being a long time customer of Airtel brings no value and its only fair I port my existing family members connection from Airtel to Jio.
