@airtelindia Bad experience. Switched to Airtel Black Postpaid (9799918797) and fraudulent fees like ISD call charges being added to bill. Customer care is no help. Using this Airtel number since 12 years. Prepaid was better.

@airtelindia this is 3rd time I have called customer care for network issue. Nether my dongle is working not even I can make a call. Such a pathetic network and irresponsible customer service. I have told without asking for the feedback do not close my ticket.

@airtelindia please share why the numbers which banks are mentioning as toll free on there website for customer care are charged by airtel but by other operators it's working as toll free only , not right way to charge customers .
