  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia - This is going to be my last month with your service. No matter how many times I raise the same issue, it never gets fixed. After repeated complaints and no resolution, I’ve lost confidence that this problem will ever be addressed. Time to move on to a provider that values its customers.

  Not only is this as shady as it gets, your custom service line is straight up trash and the IVR hangs up without letting me state my issue. If you all don't respond and send anyone in 24 hours I'm just cancelling and switching to any other provider like @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence does not have qualified support pesonnel. On matters of speed they just misguide and try fooling people and then demand OTP for closing the call. They insist either to share OTP or pay Rs.400 because they will lose incentive. Sickening

  @airtelindia is such an unreliable service. horrendous speeds, frequent outages, high prices for BSNL standards. I've had 4 ****** outages in the last 6 days. The internet is still out from last night. SWITCH TO JIO.
