@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my sms services aren't working since morning and I'm trying to get through to the customer and all that IVR says is to log a complaint via Airtel thanks App. And now when i download airtel thanks App, it need OTP. Seriously? .

@airtelindia hence, platinum plan user Sucking network can't use internet data properly. I think idea-vodafone may provide better telecom services than you.Rather launching new plan get rid of existing to provide better services....
