@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

@airtelindia @airtelnews I already told Airtel provides worst 4G network in our area.When I contact to customer support they are giving me time and date repeatedly. And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

@Niraj44289724 @airtelindia @reliancejio You try Jio Fiber you will know.There is no proper customer care at all. No clear answers, no proper service and on the top of it they wont even refund ur deposits fr more than 3 months.think wisely before you port.

Terrible service @airtelindia @airtel_presence. Sim blocked yesterday at 7 pm, bought new sim at 8 pm, c.c informed dt it is to b activated in 4 hrs bt it hs bn more dn 18 hrs nd d sim is still not working.Cust Care r of not help. kindly intervene and sort this out #airteljio
