@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

@airtelindia @airtelnews I already told Airtel provides worst 4G network in our area.When I contact to customer support they are giving me time and date repeatedly. And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

I spoke to customer support, they offer refund, which I don't need. This is not about 5 rupees. You keep the change. It is about company's ethics . Without consent if someone's balance is deducted, it is an act of robbery. @reliancejio @airtelindia @kapsology please retweet
