    @sharanyaar @VodafoneIN @airtelindia This s the main problem of customer care, they will tell us they will do somthings but nothing will be done. Different executives are responding for our problems, so that they will do the first step, then the other came in and do the same. But nothing more

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Got a duplicate SIM on August 27th from Airtel office at Penta Estate, Janatha Rd, Kathrikadavu, Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala 682025. This is yet to be activated even after six days!! customer care told that one should visit the same shop again…1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised an issue regarding poor network in the new area where I am going to shift. I requested customer care to resolve the issue. But issue showing as closed. Request no.31-2732371138071 If complaint is not resolved, i have to port.

    Whether I use or not ur services, I do have to ur bills, if I am in ur network. Then Y dont u people showing interest to solve our problems. Hiw do I get rid of it, dont know. And also not getting a correct response on from ur end tooo @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Airtel don't listen or respond to complaints. That's why decided not come back to Airtel. I raised complaint for plan bill generated when connection was in safe custody. Whenever they calls back I think its regarding complaint. But again calling for bill payment. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia - Your broadband service is an absolute disgrace. Customers pay for reliable internet and get outages, poor speeds, and endless excuses instead. The support experience has been just as disappointing as the service itself. How long are customers expected to tolerate this before someone takes responsibility and fixes it?
