    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you need 6+ days to investigate a complaint #10151202881? That too in metro cities like Bangalore? Fed up with so many customer care calls and escalations. Assigned technician responses like he is providing the service at free of cost.

    Unable to migrate from postpaid to prepaid in my airtel number. I'm from chhapra bihar 841301 . No one attended to my problem. The airtel store says we don't have access to do that.i l from chapra they say go to patna. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    I think now time to change my all postpaid & prepaid Airtel sim port to @reliancejio Because I had really very bad experience with @airtelindia it's been 2 day my internet connection is not working particularly in my area

    Hi @airtelindia The mobile network coverage in my house, both 4G and 5G is terrible. The broadband internet speed is also terrible. I pay for a 200 mbps connection and barely get 60-70 mbps on a good day. On most days the speed in abysmal, 10-20 mbps. Please sort this out.

    Raised a ticket in airtel thanks app regarding no internet issue with my broadband. Been waiting for it to be resolved from Saturday morning. Everyone is repeating scripts but no one is taking action when talking to customer care. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Seriously disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Despite having enough SMS balance in my account, I am unable to send the port message to switch to another network. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I expected better from Airtel. #portingproblem
