    @VittalGopal @airtelindia I am new to Airtel enterprise as a mobile postpaid customer. We were promised a postpaid plan by your sales representative, as a plan of Ra. 149/- (mail attached), but after activation, the plan has become 299/- (as I had checked in the my Airtel app).

    @airtelindia I have been facing an issue for 3 months in a row, and I have logged 3 compliants. My last month's compliant is still open and they didn't log a complaint which I raised today. I'm using Airtel for 10 years but never had such lack of response. Appreciate your help.
