  @airtelindia I really don't understand how by default they have updated the problem to be of technical outage in my area. The problem is very clear. Cable is cut and it has to be fixed. Pathetic service to say the least! My complaint number: 13920715240

  @airtelindia international roaming has been recharged and activated and the user is unable to use it. Went in person to your Airtel Centre in Powai and the staff not only asks for the sim (it’s in international roaming) but rudely yells to leave as they can’t help! Disgusting

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My late father held this Airtel number for 15+ years. It’s deeply sentimental to us. After his passing last September we wanted to keep it, so on 21 May your team converted it postpaid→prepaid. Since that day the SIM is not working.

  @airtelindia last 10 days I notice any otp coming to my fone takes about 7 to 10 minutes. Whereas same fone has other service provider and I get it within 20 seconds. Please assist to investigate. My pincode is 600014
