@airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

Today I did recharge my prepaid connection. I had already recharged the same number on 7th July, by mistake I did today again. I contacted @airtelindia , they told me that I did it from @amazonIN , so Amazon can help me with the refund. So I called amazon.

@airtelindia Worst Service Ever!!! It's been 5 days and no one is looking into it. All the engineers say coming in 1/2 hr , 1 hr and they never come, Customer executive give false promises that it will be fixed. I don't think Airtel is competent enough to satisfy their customers.
