    @reliancejio in my area @airtelindia 2g works better then your 4g how ever 3g/4g also sucks both of them don’t really care who ever planing to move another network

    I have got an #airtel Broadband Xstream Connection which works intermittently only. I am trying to login my complaint through #airtelthanks app but the app is so tuned that one cannot register ur complaint. Similar problem is with their helpline. Seek help from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia waited online for 15 mins to speak to your customer services regarding my DTH, was then keep on hold by the rep for another 10 mins and then disconnected. This is pathetic service. Need someone to call me back now

    @airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

    @airtelindia I have switch my service to some other network to Airtel post and was expecting Amazon prime subscription for one year for free. Turned out I can not have it because I was a prime member in past which does not make sense. Can you check how we can solve this?

    Really pathetic service.I already waited for 10 days and now @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are telling me to wait for more 15 working days to get my refund.Why on earth in this fast paced technology you need 25 to 30 days to resolve the issue and transfer the fund in my account

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection was out for 5 days and apparently there is no policy to compensate for those days without internet. I know @airtelindia has a policy to compensate the outage, not sure which world JioFiber is living in!! Sucks like all other #JioThings

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst broadband after service. The optic fibre cable is broken, and after multiple calls the operator refused to come. This is horrible. Operator Number : +919311828535 Name Rahul. Want a prompt action right away. Awful.
