    @airtelindia I am from Pune and have sent an email for wavier of charges for April and May during lock down...on 121 and support nobody has replied or responded yet... Aren't we eligible for wavier as our office was totally shut till June...

    @airtelindia Our society S3 Lifestyle Apt’s. in Pimple Saudagar is facing frequent broadband disconnections every alternate day. It gets temporarily resolved and reoccurs again after 1..2 days. Please provide a permanent solution. SR no - 118335328.

    So two major issues and no solution. 1. Not able to use data. 2. Call waiting not getting enabled. To note, that their are two other @airtelindia Postpaid Sim cards in the same house in the same family plan and they work perfectly fine.
