    Update: The technician visited just now and resolved the internet issue. The Wi-Fi is working fine now. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for sorting this out, though the 6 days of downtime caused major inconvenience. Request you to ensure stable services ahead.

    Your representative assured me that on Safe Custody all charges would be waived for 6–12 months. Yet I’m still billed and getting 10+ router pickup calls daily. Issue my No Dues Certificate & resolve this immediately. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Is there any update on the issue? It's been 3 days the issue has not been resolved. The only assurance I get is we are looking into it without any timeline. Feel it would be better to move from Airtel as we do not even where the problem is.

    @TRAI u need to look into matter. See @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are not even bothered to reply/acknowledge. World is moving to 6G & we struggling to get basic network for calling that too in India's financial capital mumbai. Is this development.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was promised no hidden charges at installation, yet for the last 7 months I’ve been charged Late Fees and other unexplained charges every month. If this continues, I’ll disconnect my Airtel Xstream service. Kindly resolve this ASAP. #Airtel
