@airtelindia I am trying to activate eSIM, I have followed the steps. But it fails with error “Unable to activate eSIM contact Airtel for Assistance”. I have tried 4 times. When I call customer care they say it will be solved in 8days. Why is to so difficult to activate an eSIM?

@airtelindia I have tried calling the 121 IVR portal, there is no option for update email address and more over we do not have an option to reach out to cc. This is a poor expectation from the leading service provider. Please do the need full I still want to support Airtel.
