    Have been following up for my new router to be installed for many months now. The engineers assigned do not visit to install and do not even answer calls. I'm fed up of following with customer care there has been no resolution. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia And how the hell you can close the complaint without getting confirmation from my side weather issue has been resolved or not!? @TRAI is sleeping as usual. Worst ever service and ignorance from the Airtel shows how duopoly works. #Airtel users wake up, you are paying, not free.

    Absolute harrasment by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even as a black customer. They charge the bill incorrectly first looting the customer and then failed to provide a waiver even after accepting and agreeing since ages. SR 31-1000015159156

    Nobody should get @airtelindia for their wifi or data. They have the worst customer care, zero network base and multiple days of no Wifi and no response to solve issues. As a single person with both their data and WIFI, it's a living nightmare. @Airtel_Presence a bunch of crooks!

    @techswami_yt @airtelindia @reliancejio I recently got it installed as price is less than complete and had issues in the initial 2-3 days because of problem with Fiber Path at modem But apart from that no issues.

    Your technicians used to close the complaint without contacting or visiting homes of the user. Our internet connection is not working since two days and you are doing nothing@airtelcares . Services going down day by day. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Order number AYBSW8C7CR raised two days ago still not getting resolution on this, did multiple calls to customer care but didn’t get any resolution on this. please help me on this to resolve this.

    @airtelindia This is ridiculous, no internet connectivity since more than 24hours. Is this a joke? No proper response from customer care either. One last time, if not I am moving out if airtel wifi and porting out my phone network as well
