    @airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

    Worst customer service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Blanket outage in both mobile and wifi connections, rendering our work days useless. No decent customer support, made to wait endlessly in queue for a support call.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Over 200 calls to customer care in the last 3 months. Multiple store visits. Around 10 emails. Even got a call from the CEO’s office. And still… my connections are not bundled. No complaint is being generated. No response. Absolutely pathetic.

    @airtelindia After so many written complaints and calls ,the connectivity at my house is particularly very very bad and no calls get connected nor get recieved which is causing serious logistical issues This problem is happening since last 4 month from +91-9619665154

    first you need to improve your service quality for what you are selling and what you are giving, in 5g unlimited plan on 5g phone you are deducting daily data balance why? if it is unlimited plan it shuldn't be deducted frm daily data limt until ntwrk switc to 4g @airtelindia
