Dear @airtelindia i think you know the current situation of our #Kerala. In this time most of the area of Malappuram facing network issue in @Airtel_Presence . You need to fix the problem asap. In this all of us need a network connection for contacting each other. #KeralaFloods

@airtelindia There has been a service disruption on my broadband connection and it is hampering my work. The engineer visited yesterday and told me he’d resolve the issue by 5 Pm but that idiot scheduled a visit on 29th may. Four days to resolve the issue? How do I work?

@bhartiaxalife @airtelindia Followup on DND issue. Two more calls from number 8008178393. During the second call, Mr Kumar, claiming to be manager of the person Jyothi, says "go complain or do whatever you want". They feel it is their right to call whoever they want.
