    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Recently my number got disconnected without any notice also with valid recharge. Upon visiting airtel store, new Sim was issued but the remaining balance and validity of 3 months of the recharge is not working. Please resolve the issue.

    @airtelindia, you guys have the worst customer service. I have been trying to talk over the call, but somehow your AI over the call doesn't work and I am unable to reach a human who can help. And local people at the shop don't know anything. Worst experience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please activate Priority Postpaid on my number 9166298877. My device is 5G compatible (***** on multiplePhones), but your system shows “not enabled on your number yet”. Issue is clearly from Airtel backend. Kindly resolve ASAP. Ref: 31-1000013908577
