I thought @airtelindia would provide better broadband internet service. It did for 2 months now it's back to mediocre. Tried calling customer care but not accepting my customer ID. Terrible!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Xstream fiber broadband not working from 6AM, registered complaint but no one listening and local staff is worst. Time given to me is 9:30 AM but no one come to resolve issue, now time is 1:02PM. WORST SERVICE.
