Nor is he responding to messages. Been the case for 3 days now. If you have indeed acted on the plaint as you claim, this won't happen.

It gives too much great speed with unlimited 5G on unlimited 5G plan. Dont waste money on airtel its worst. Jio is better

No one network works well and people who are complaining are the iphone people. Imagine people having feature phone are recharging these same plans without complaining?
