    @airtelindia My wifi not working from 27.04.2026 and not able to lodge complaint in Mumbai. When called customer care, I was on call for almost an hour just to raise disconnect issue. Pathetic @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have a secondary number which is prepaid. I have renewed the subscription bang in time but your sms in unstoppable like diarrhea since 4 days despite recharging. Why don’t you fix your systems cos app shows recharged successfully for your sms irritating daylights

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence DTH not working since 02 days multiple complaints & multiple calls to customer care but still no resolution, in call centre no senior manager available on floor to provide a satisfactory answer, pathetic customer service by Airtel, @airtelindia 👎👎

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and I should “adjust” or surrender the connection. Is this the level of service expected from a reputed company like Airtel? I’m paying for both WiFi & TV services, yet I can neither work from home nor watch TV properly. This is unacceptable.
