Also received assurance of โน1500 waiver on call (22-05-2026, ~4:40 PM from +91 9677011197) which is now denied. Need resolution asap.

Its been almost 72 hours now, and I have no Wifi. Iโm being told to wait till 28 May for further help. Poor service!
