    Is this your "priority service" @airtelindia @airtelca? It’s a perfectly clear, sunny day, yet your field team is a no-show. My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down all day, forcing a total standstill on my work and causing direct financial losses. Fix this immediately!

    Why is Airtel misleading its customers to such an extent? Airtel advertises that its ₹1,200 recharge plan includes unlimited 5G internet, clearly stating that the unlimited 5G benefit is available only in areas with 5G network coverage. That part is understandable. @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I booked an Airtel WiFi shifting request for 3rd July. An engineer called in the morning asking for my location, which I shared at 10:41 AM. After that, he went completely silent.
