    @airtelindia what the hell is wrong with your services in Sushant lok C block Gurgaon, there is no wifi network, and howmuch time time do you guys take to resolve a simple issue, please restore the service and enable a option in chat to create the ticket for the issues.

    In 2026, that’s an unacceptable excuse. I pay for a premium service but can’t use it. Airtel: please fix coverage, share a clear timeline, or offer compensation. Customers deserve transparency and value for money. @airtelindia

    Hi @airtelindia I emailed on 7 June requesting permanent disconnection of my postpaid number. Despite that, and after two visits to the Airtel Store, the connection is still active. It’s been over a month with no resolution. @TRAI

    Extremely disappointed with Airtel AirFiber. My internet has been down for over 30 hours despite multiple complaints, no technician has visited. It’s also impossible to reach a customer care advisor. Is this the level of service Airtel promises? @airtelindia #StayAwayFromAirFiber
