@airtelindia we have a Airtel digital tv connection which is part of black. We want to add a channel number and following up with customer care. It seems after multiple follow ups adding channel cannot be done as we are part of black. Can someone please help? Need for my father.

@airtelindia worst ever service. I had requested for dth transfer within the city and 2 technician called me and said they will come in half an hour but never turned up. One of the techinian number is 7384869699 another 9108009046. Ticket 75025745

@airtelindia I paid 8150 for one year broadband pre paid service on October 3, 22 as mentionedat the portal. Because I didn't pay some other extra amount they suspended my pre paid account. I am switching to jio. They don't want to return my Rs 8000+
