    Dear @airtelindia, my sister 'bought a sim 6 years ago and has been using it ever since. Suddenly it says 'sim crashed'. And now your customer care people want us to 'buy' a new sim since they don't know what's the problem. What??

    @airtelindia #ZeroComplaint , I took airtel Xtream fiber conncetion on 31st of July, There was not a single week without a complaint. Please check the last service request and do the needful. And please do a permanan fix that justifies u r tagline #zeroComplaint
