    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia count your days. I’m porting to @JioCare as soon as my current recharge expires. I’ve been an Airtel customer for 6 years, but for the past month your 5G speeds have been absolutely terrible.

    @airtelindia Because of these ongoing issues, all the other SIMs in my family have already been ported to Jio. This is the last Airtel SIM we still have. We stayed with Airtel even when Jio services were free because we trusted Airtel for better network quality. Unfortunately, 2/3

    @airtelindia I got new sim it was delivered on 1st sep still not activated details are already in dm Worst part is I am not able to reach out to customer support anyway store says they can not help Cc @TRAI

    @airtelindia @OfficialDMRC Airtel Customer care people saying that 800 balance has been put on hold for security deposit. Is it the rule DMRC. Please don't turn blind eye on your card partner

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service is extremely disappointing. I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence After my repeated complaints, an engineer named Manish Vohra called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my connection on his end. I informed him that the router is the root cause and must be replaced. He hung up. The problem persists. 1087 @kiran_stories @airtelindia
