    @airtelindia Poor customer care facility by @airtelindia . No provision to file complaint on Airtel App or 121/ 12150. Waiting for five days to get new broadband connection despite paying advance payment. No response by airtel on phine after advance.

    @airtelindia please train your customer service with help of @SwiggyCares @swiggy_in. Even though they are available on chat, they aren't prompt, and help the customer to the best of their ability, and COMPENSATE when there's an issue.

    @airtelindia My office no. 7208094813 is running on Edge network instead of 4G since this weekend. Raise a complaint on app and it says will revert in 9 days. Pl fix it as I am not able to use internet.
