    @shivshankar143 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My experience, you are to re-registered for DND service periodically, because Airtel is not so much upgraded to memorize our preference like Jio. Jio is the best for DND activation, they never disturbed their subscribers. My experience.

    I'm facing problem with message service, not receiving any OTPs & other messages. Today I called customer care. He was impatient to listen to the problem. Rude behaviour 😡 Very disgusting. Kindly take necessary steps. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Airtel

    @ACTFibernet It is 45 hours since the aervices were disrupted and still no resolution. What pathetic services guys! Truly deplorable. @airtelindia and @jiofibergurgaon provide far better servixea. A downtime of 45 hrs + is just not acceptable!

    @airtelindia please train your associates to give one reply for a querry. On calling 121 the associate says contact your dedicated relationship team.while contacting them they say call on 121. Contacted thrice got 3 diffrent resolution for same issue is still unresolved
