    Never open Airtel Payments Bank account or never use their services. Applied for opening of account since July and still they haven't completed the procedure. Zero response from their team and everytime they assure but no further action taken. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been your customer for broadband from 2015. And yet it surprises me how incompetency has won over your work since 2019. I simply want to enjoy a seamless internet connection without any hassle. Is that too much to ask? Am I asking too much?

    Sarkari Babu mentality. Never think for customer first. Own comfort is top priority. Unfortunately, BSNL was the only provider available for a long period. Glad that already applied for @airtelindia fiber. Connection is half way completed. Hope to get reliable service. (N/N)

    I have paid for airtel Wi-Fi connection in kanpur . But now only excuses are given by airtel operator . This is not service. When you have taken advance money then why connection is not installed. Very poor service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare My airfiber complaint ID: SR000036LT0B has been dead since few days. My various complaint through jio app also useless . No qualified professional technician attending the issue other than fancy update in my jio app. One of the worst service compared to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I’m on a ₹379 unlimited plan, still getting alerts for “100% daily data used” and being pushed to buy extra data packs. My phone shows 5G network, so why am I being asked to recharge again? Is this how “unlimited” works now?
