Transferring my Rogers (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes no more than 5 minutes. BUT in a crappy place like India ๐ฎ๐ณ, after SMS OTP verification and phone call verification, I am told my SIM requests are arbitrarily cancelled after email confirmations, and I am not even informed. Mind you, I initiated these requests from within an Airtel mobile app. When I visit your store, I am told by idiots that I cannot transfer 2 eSIMs to the same EID on the same day, as it is flagged as suspicious activity. When I asked them to show me this in writing, these low-level gutter scumbags started typical ego battles. How ********? One number is over 28 years old (originally a Hexacom number), and the other has been with Airtel since 2013. The last device change was in 2022!!! Who makes these rules? And now that EID is blacklisted, a one-hour process has stretched to several days, with multiple store visits for certifications! Why is India such a torture????
