    @airtelindia your customer service waiting time is pathetic . Even I put my customer number than it says i try more number than regular customer Id. I release my safe custody and back to my regular plan but after 5 hour passed my internet still not working.

    @airtelindia Please train your customer support team. One person come to my home at early hours for address verification (for GOG related plans) and behaves very rudely. This is not the way to treat your customers!

    Spoke to 3 supervisors and still no solution .. spoke to last Supervisor named Risha Kaushar .. who is absolutely bad at customer service . wanted to speak to her Supervisor but she did not let me and kept on arguing for 30-40 mins then I had to disconnect @airtelindia Atrocious

    @airtelindia The shittiest service provided by Airtel (The leading company in Networks). Let me tell how it's leading. By taking the money of 4g Speed from the customers giving them the speed of "KBPS". This how they are leading their company.

    @airtelindia Reference DTH ID 3011639748 and complaint no 42879589/urgent. Kindly terminate the DTH connection immediately and send the engineer within 48 hours to collect the STB Remotes etc. Thanks for all the assistance given all these years

    @bharathiairtel @airtelindia @airtelpayment1 . Iam unable to recharge my mobile using your airtel app when u contact customer care they said that the wallet account is freezed but i have recharged a four days before using wallet at that time no issues. Please return money
