    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Completely disappointed with your service. My set top box is not at all working properly and it has to be replaced. I had reported this issue so many times and no proper follow ups and feedback’s are taken. Even the escalation matrix is not shared!

    @airtelindia Ported my number from BSNL to Airtel. BSNL SIM is deactivated but Airtel SIM still not activated. Can’t make/receive calls. Airtel store team is not cooperating and blaming backend delays. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix this immediately.
