    @Airtel_Presence Dear Faizan @airtelindia I sent you my complaint /query on the 31st of October 2020 and I'm waiting to resolve the issue at the earliest. You can cancel my subscription from the above mentioned date and not keep it on hold if that's what you mean. Awaiting the email reply.

    Utter disappointment from @airtelindia No internet since 4 days and very rare broadband connectivity since last 10-12 days. Even after complaining at their toll number on 30 th, and many assurances of tending to the complaint within 4 hours, 24 hours, there’s not anything done.

    @airtelindia what happened to your network? I have started having cross connections since 2 days on almost every call. No change in location.. no change in phone.. Took me to the good old landline days. So much for making airtel complain free..

    @airtelindia Honestly I recommend to everyone Don't with airtel.I request broadband connection services to my home and I got the message for installation but after 7 days passed but I am not getting single call from airtel and may be they are give best speed internet but service is very poor.

    @airtelindia has the most pathetic broadband service in Mumbai. Every week there is an outage and the engineers absolutely clueless and useless. Being a Airtel Black customer also does not help because the relationship manager is even more useless.
