@airtelindia your network connection is pathetically slow, when I contacted the care one month before they are saying some work is happening near by and the same is saying now. My bill is generated now... for paying that I may need to go for near web cafe.

I started my journey with @airtelindia in 2006 onwards by their network I hv moved to postpaid since 2013 and I’m facing a lot network issue since last 2 years and now today it’s gone as no service.. really disappointing

Good job @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for Blocking my Internet and outgoing services just because I missed out on the last payment date. I’ve been using this number for last 8 years and kept paying almost 3000 every month. You just lost a Cellular, broadband and DTH customer.

@airtelindia Your postpaid services are a sham. I'm being charged Rs. 600 in my postpaid bill for 50Gb data. When explained to customer care, they cut the call after not being able to come up with a logical answer. Resolve my query at the earliest! No wonder people moving to Jio!

@Airtel_Presence My Airtel Xstream isnt working frm last 5 days, SR #132015104 was closed automatically without any resolution. Raised new SR#132145176 & is still open. Engineer confirmed tht modem needs to be changed bt @airtelindia isnt able to do it in 5days. #unprofessional
