    @airtelindia disappointing customer service for international roaming customers !! Customer care should be called “no customer I do not care” that’s how @airtelindia works! Very very disappointed .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Two representative visted one didn't have the new remote for both super rude . One didn't carry remote .. ither said perfect but said damage by representative ... pathetic ... asking money in warranty period

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Raised multiple requests for poor internet connection. I am not able to use the data for which I am paying. Postpaid customer since last 5 years and now I am finally porting to Jio or Vi. @reliancejio Pls guide with some postpaid family plans.

    @airtelindia It's more than one month, I have informed about network problem at my home. Airtel has done nothing in this regard. Zero resolution. But they have successfully received their full bill payment. Profitable businesses without service.

    @airtelindia bad experience For new connection I paid 4000 Rs on 20 dec 2022 for new connection Airtel DTH and Airtel Fibre but No-one call me regarding Instalation. Many times call on customer care number but after that call no response And no refund issue. Very disappointed

    @airtelindia From last two tried to connect ur customer care but couldn't connect them . You have one worst customer care service. I need to report my lost sim. From onwards i am not going to use any airtel service also going to port my another Airtel number to jio .
