  @stormysid @airtelindia Airtel’s brand color is red, so is their customer service experience. Definitely not a trusted player in the arena of Fibernet. It is better to switch over to something reliable - ACT is one viable option.

  @airtelindia can you guide me to reach customer care person on IVR? I have tried all options available on IVR and none of them routes to human help. Also, stop blindly directing us to Airtel thanks app. It's crap!
