    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with @Airtel_Presence . Paid for new connection on 6th July. Service window expired. Local team is ghosting my calls. Escalation email sent at 12:05 AM with no response. My mobile: 7879746293. Need immediate resolution or a refund.

    @airtelindia what horrible customer service you have. People know @airtelindia for best services but your ground service team is so lethargic, irresponsive and slow that I can say people should never hire services of @airtelindia !

    @Airtel @airtelindia register a complaint and ask for 8 days to resolve, after 8 days without resolution send an sms saying your issue is closed and resolved, if not another 8 days and the complaint opens! Is this some kind of scam??
