    @airtelindia What kind of service you people are promising I don't understand. I ordered a sim online through Airtel thanks app and I got a call. I told him the address clearly but he didn't come to deliver the sim. If the sim card won't deliver today i'll move to another network

    @Airtel_Presence It 2 days after i have requested for plan change but still not done. My black plan was unbundle without authorisation n now my 3 number are thrown in home plan, been asked to pay 900 per number n there is unwillingness from @airtelindia to help.
