@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I got an Xstream connection installed and the DTH doesn’t work. Waited the whole day and now the person says will do it tomorrow as per his convenience. It was a simple job that could have been done easily. Pathetic service and rude managers #shame

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my Airtel sim has suddenly stopped working - i have tried restarting the phone, re inserting the sim, re enabling it as well. Nothing works. On connecting with the customer care I'm told that i need to visit an Airtel store to get a fresh sim.
