@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How pathetic is your service? There is no way to make online payment once broadband service is disconnected. Customer has to go to Airtel store for this. Such a cumbersome process.

Airtel wifi stopped working on April 12, 2023, around 2 p.m. Registered multiple complaints, no response from local team. Sent me untrained and rude engineer who ran away without solving issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India #Airtel
