@Airtel_Presence Seems like an organization wide problem with @airtelindia, not only with the broadband business, it exists in the dth business as well. New customer gets priority over existing customers. No wonder @reliancejio is making such inroads in the indian market

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Spoke to your customer care for a new broad band plan. They offered me 40mbps for a 300mbps plan stating the are too many people in my area. I'll be switching to @ACTFibernet

The #Fastag requirement has become another unscrupulous source of adding to “easy” cash flow @airtelindia ...service was always disparaging but this is taking cust dissatisfaction & victimising custs, to yet another level of unethical practises. @VittalGopal

Best part of service by @reliancejio is that even after exhausting your internet pack, they still give you internet access to their jio portal from where one can recharge their SIM. The only reason why I ended up recharging my @reliancejio SIM today instead of @airtelindia SIM.
