    @AdityaRajKaul @airtelindia Much more than 5 minutes, more like half an hour. This was widespread but localised outages are much more frequent. Today, Airtel helplines were unreachable too. They promised a callback later but nothing so far after over 3 hours. Poor customer service continues.
