Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have been using my Airtel postpaid connection for more than 6 years now. Also I used to make payments through Airtel wallet in airtelthanks app too. However that’s wallet is in inactive status now. Help me reactivating that.

@airtelindia hi, there is no reliability/stability in your broadband connection. Getting disconnected periodically. Atleast 2-3 times a month. Not good and it is wasting my time and productivity in raising tickets and following up to get it resolved.

From the time 5G launched, I have been facing issues with @airtelindia network regularly at home and if network is good then speed works like 2G. If this problem continues then my yrly plan will expire on feb them will have to port my no. for better option.
