Sometimes they're a bit slow but at least they get back to you. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia defines stupidity.   Best hack to send document/smallest file/video using @airtelindia network 1- put ur data on upload 2- put ur device aside 3- get out of house 4- get in ur car/cab 5 - go to data receivers home 6- hand deliver it 7 - job done and so fast! And connect personally.
