@DamodaranAshok @airtelindia It’s been 15 days and a simple request of updating my address was not taken care of. So many phone calls, average time of 21 minutes on each call, three trips to Airtel Store, so many DMs. Issue still unresolved. Worst customer experience. I would never recommend Airtel to anyone

@Airtel_Presence Thanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. All it took was 1 call to convert customer of many years to cancel subscription, when all I wanted was to upgrade my plans. At a time when I had service outage for over 24 hours now.

What is happening suddenly @airtelindia network is not available for half an hour! Our small business is totally dependent on Incoming calls. This is disaster and loss of money! And it is happening in the heart of the city not any remote location!
