@airtelindia Hi, My Broadband connection is down from last 4 Days... Twice escalated the complaint.... Once a technician came and send another person will come, wonder why he came then.. Still no respite... Awaiting for the solution...

@openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

From the past 3 days I am not able to msg from my Airtel prepaid sim So my all banking apps(BHIM,gpay etc) not working bcz of sim varification process. Customer service is pathetic. Please look into the matter and plz solve it ASAP @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Time to port from @airtelindia You just can't make a straight call (if network is available). They keep annoying you with one or another announcements. They'll fail you in every-second-counts situation.

@airtelindia I have two questions: 1) I lose my network twice due to sim issues. Can you chk why? 2) If due to sim issues, I lose service and I have to travel to airtel store and stand in queue without any mistake on my part, why should I pay? And who will pay for my hassles?
