    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hitting new low with it’s pathetic cust service.Few days back i ported my num due to unresponsive Cust service team. Same issue is getting repeated in DTH also,1 of my complaint is pending since November and no one cares to attend. Time to close DTH

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to pay bills and your portal wasn't working, I have raised a support request and no response for it yet you put up a charge of Rs.305 in addition to my bill if your portal wasn't working then why should I pay extra?
