    @airtelindia Pathetic Service🙏 We are using your Oneairtel plan.we are 6 yrs old airtel Postpaid customers. Irrelevant Bill am paying since last 2 months. paying around 1000/-exta,nobody is able to explain this bill.Your store executive & 121 executive are totally ignoring this.we are tired.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi team I wanted to say big hi fi for your customer service team and to your policies..tdy by mistake I paid to my airtel broadband connection instead of airtel postpaid..I was pleasantly surprised to hear that amount can b refunded..Big thanks 2 u

    @airtelindia how do I go beyond inadequate self service and IVR to actually get a technician to look at why I'm not getting an iota of signal for last 2 weeks? Logging service requests doesn't help apparently. #airtelthanks #Airtel .. or may be I should just switch to #jio
