@airtelindia It is a complete useless option until and unless it is supported by proper local service excutives. I have taken Airtel black subscription but I don't have access to wifi Or broadband for last three days and it is purly because of ignorance of local Airtel service excutives.

@airtelindia my recharge for 666 was made on 3rd of feb which I chose for access to apps like wynk , Apollo circle, Shaw academy and all of a sudden I couldn’t access wynk i am being asked to upgrade to premium. Customer care says all fine with the account.

+919821302035 It's supposed to be an Airtel customer care I believe. They called me 12 times in the last 24 hours. And said, "our executives are buys will call you later." A few times they were quiet for 120 seconds and discounted the call. @airtelindia what you are looking for
