This morning I reported it to Airtel customer care. They raised a ticket and I got the technician’s contact. I spoke to the technician at 10 AM this morning and he said he’d come in 1 hour. If a customer's number is busy, installation person didn't call back after 10-15 minutes or next day. Without ringing they marked it cancelled. What kind of customer service is it?
