    @airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

    What use is your commitment of being the best, when you can't even provide an ETA. Since yesterday there is a fixed line outage, on calling up customercare, all we get is that it'll be fixed by 8PM, then 11PM,then 11AM,then 3PM and now no response! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Sometimes they're a bit slow but at least they get back to you. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia defines stupidity. Our company moved out of Airtel 2 years ago because of crappy service & they haven't changed one bit since!

    @DTDCIndia I have ordered FastTag from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in November which is sent via DTDC Tracking No - X69309362. I have not received the shipment. But in tracking it is showing as delivered in Cuddapah which is not the destination. Please provide the resolution.
