    I have been the customer of @airtelindia since they introduced lifetime sim card in 2003. From 2010 I am giving complaint against their network services, call drops, calls not connecting. It's been 12yrs and still there is no proper network in my area. Only false promises.

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    2012 when i bought my first Android LG phone with my stipend... again @airtelindia and other service operators were charging exuberant rates for internet 2015 Jio launched & available for common man by 2016 ...we all know how it changed the Indian internet usage

    Hello @airtelindia. service request no. 65733288 -3 july 2026 was raised for Wi-fi. No response from your side. On July 5, again raised the service request 65739795 Called customer care so many times since July 3, still no response from your side. If u can't resolve, plz close my connections..such a pathetic services. Never go for airtel 🤬🤬🤮🤮

    @Ssp1Technical @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel thanks app chat bot just replies the same thing over and over saying the team's looking into it - so does their "121" email team. I contacted customer care and the guy I talked to said the exact same thing "team's looking into it" this is just insane
