    @airtelindia I have been facing internet issue since February 2020. I spoke to customer care and they advices “network tower are being upgraded and the work will be done before end of March 2020”. Till now, the issue has not been solved. Is it really frustrating without internet.

    @airtelindia I only used 1.6 gb out of 2 gb and you sent me the message that I have used all my internet. Also I have recharged a 12 gb pack on the existing pack and I am not able to use it as well. What a dumb service you are providing . I want my problem solved immediately.

    It's been more than 36 hours, Network of @airtelindia down(area: Rameswaram 533251). Might be the problem in @airtelindia Tower at Rameswaram 533251. I raised an issue. No actions takes place. Better to increase service rather than increasing traffic rates. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am really peeved with the services of airtel DTH. The recharge was done at 6 AM today and the balance shown on my account is Rs 4350 and yet after 24 hours my DTH is not working. I lodged complaint at 6.30 AM and then again at 9.30 AM & 5.45 PM
