They told me that most of customer have encountered this issue. Once my package is over I'm porting to jio.

Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Everytime, I am given the same response: “Your request will be cancelled within 24 hours.” 24 hours passed. Then more time passed. Still not cancelled. How many times does a customer have to hear the same 24-hour promise?

I port from jio to Airtel and paid all dues still they stopped outgoing. Its serious issue in case of emergency its life threatened.
