    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have paid the amount 133 for 10 days usage and requested customer care to close my broadband and they just removed from Airtel Black & generated the bill i am not going to pay 1 penny also such a shame on you why i should pay arrange a call back

    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    @airtelindia you claim that you get the networks everywhere including forest but we don’t get the network in the main cities. #are you spreading your networks only in forest/hills

    @airtelindia looks like your DTG guys don’t understand customer request about not to receive . Even after telling n-th time that there is no requirement for t the DTH connection they keep on calling me . Even after blocking one number they call from another number 1/2

    @airtelindia something is really wrong with your internet service. Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Not sure if Airtel is having skilled technicians to sole this issue.

    @airtelindia hi team, our wifi hasn't been working for 4 days now, a service request has already been raised and nothing has been done so for. No one is answering the calls. We d like to disconnect the connection and will go for a non-airtel one.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @airtelindia Hi here Vijay around 6 months am using Airtel Xstream broadband Landline no : 08049754715 couple of days am not able use internet, I tried to connect with customer care no use am paying bill for this two days issue I need compensation it’s not my problem

    @airtelindia DTH not linked to the device at home for my Airtel black account and the customer care directs to a service engineer who in turn directs back to customer care. Nobody is able to solve and absolutely pathetic service

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    I have already vacated my previous residence and no longer require the Airtel WiFi connection linked to my account. Despite requests, the connection is still active. Kindly arrange disconnection/cancellation of the broadband service and remove WiFi. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia why do you harass customers like this ? Yesterday your “Supervisor” had told me at 3 pm that the job will be done within 24 hours. It’s 6:40 pm now. No sign of the work or any response!!! What kind of pathetic service is this ?
