    @airtelindia DTH not linked to the device at home for my Airtel black account and the customer care directs to a service engineer who in turn directs back to customer care. Nobody is able to solve and absolutely pathetic service

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @airtelindia something is really wrong with your internet service. Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Not sure if Airtel is having skilled technicians to sole this issue.

    @airtelindia It is a complete useless option until and unless it is supported by proper local service excutives. I have taken Airtel black subscription but I don't have access to wifi Or broadband for last three days and it is purly because of ignorance of local Airtel service excutives.

    @airtelindia Since 2 months I have been facing internet down issues and I have raised 6 complaints, but only thing I get from airtel is a fancy apology response, but no resolution.. Airtel has consistently become the worst internet service provider these days

    Booked Airtel WiFi in Mumbai, paid the money, technician came and then suddenly said there’s no signal in the area. No refund update, no response from the service guy and customer care has no proper refund option either. This is honestly feeling like a scam now @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your wifi services are dead for 2 days across Hyderabad and there hasn't been any progress/update since yesterday. Your bots just send an automated message in the the DMs but fail to provide any concrete solution. If u can't fix, please cancel my olan and refund.
