    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Fiber is down, and you're asking me to wait 2+ days for support (Complaint ID: 11031746379). A new Jio connection would probably be installed before Airtel fixes an existing customer's issue. Is this how you value loyal customers?

    @airtelindia we(~200) are facing major network issue in Parawada area in Visakhapatnam city. We raised the issue but still not resolved. Can we get some contact person inchrge for AP circle/ Vizag for resolving this issue. Thanks

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi is down in Gurgaon 122018 for a long time, please resolve asap. Paying for Black premium connection and this is the quality of service that is given.

    Since @airtelindia chose to ignore my communications and request, I finally decided to deactivate the broadband connection. Given I was a subscriber of their Black service paid the o/standing. Now let's see Jio or ACT

    I opt for eSIM on my airtel postpaid number still there is no eSIM profile or any mail my physical sim is deactivated I am facing business loss due to my phone as no cell connection I tied customer care no help there @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI
