@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is worst.They daily reduce internet speed after daily data limit exhausted although i have recharged for extra data.I have to call them daily to remind them that i have recharged for additional data.

@airtelindia Repeated failed follow-up with customer care team on bill settlement is frustrating. Everytime same story to be heard by customer that Backend team will call and that never happens. Really need attend from @Airtel_Presence here..

@airtelindia We have received such a pleasent surprise today by our local electricity department that in Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh newly airtel broadband services was started without notifying them to use their electric poles for distribution. Now the services are not working here
