@airtelindia Why do you not have any human responding to emails? Your email #bot keeps asking me to call 121, which does not have an option to talk to a human! The IVR on 121 tells me that my inactive number will get activated if I recharge; it doesn't work!

@airtelindia Rate touching peak but network is very week. Why rate increase still not got? Every member of society is facing low network. Seriosualy if its happen continue will difinately will think for another.

It has been 3 days since I've registered complaint due to non functioning of Broadband. Weather hit every company same, Jio restored internet within 12 hours. Providing false deadlines & just fake promises. Worst Broadband services @airtelindia #srinagar Opting out to Jio fiber
