  @airtelindia The technician came! After rigorous followup.He billed me rs.3150 for amplifier charges citing weak cable,never an issue in the last few years.Every flat in my complex has an amplifier or is it a compensation scheme for your service provider?Is it under warranty?

  @reliancejio @JioCare : such kind of response and behaviour never expected. Seems basic sanitisation is missing. I have @airtelindia connection too . Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain

  Idk why am I rechargin for @airtelindia data packs anymore. There's no network connection even in peak areas of Bangalore. Every normal call switches to wifi call. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

  @airtelindia Your wifi is not working for the past 3 days in Gurgaon sector 54. We keep getting the "sorry, we are fixing the issue" reply constantly but there is no resolution. This issue is there in the entire area. What is this customer service!??

  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.
