  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paying for Airtel broadband in Lucknow but getting frequent WiFi drops, poor speeds, and recurring outages. Service that worked reasonably earlier is now inconsistent. Kindly escalate, check the line/area issue, and provide a permanent resolution instead of temporary “it will be fixed in a few hours” responses. Will DM registered number and Broadband ID.

  Worst customer care support by @airtelindia. It’s been 1 month since my SIM got unregistered. Submitted all the required documents, but still no action, no proper response, nothing. Absolutely pathetic service. How difficult is it to fix a SIM issue in 30 days? Shameful CS. Day2

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my wifi connection is giving frequent disruption every second day it is not working and when go to raise complaint it say your area is facing problem, not even able raise complaint, got fed up with your Internet service @BandBajaateRaho

  @airtelindia international roaming has been recharged and activated and the user is unable to use it. Went in person to your Airtel Centre in Powai and the staff not only asks for the sim (it’s in international roaming) but rudely yells to leave as they can’t help! Disgusting
