    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel We have be using airtel DTh for years. Settop box is not working and asked for replacement. Raised a request. But they asked 750 rs new HD box. I recharged 750. Now they saying new connection to be taken. What is this. I want my refund

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Ticket already raised (Ref: C5AGD3CHN20260421068045) but given timeline is too long. This is a recurring issue and previous fixes failed. Please escalate to technical team and provide a permanent fix urgently.

    @airtelindia @TRAI My 5G Network Is Not 5Ging.. At The Very Best I Can Call It 3G Sometimes.. The Speeds Are Bad, Also When My Daily 2 GB Data Expires, The Promised Unlimited 5G Does Not Work At All. FYI: I Live In Metro, Not Rural

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trying to contact on the registered customer care number but it says Invalid. Looks like Airtel doesn't want to listen to customers grievance even though you are Airtel Black customer. Expecting a call back once this reaches them...
