    @airtelindia today i swapped my sim card in local airtel shop. Timely activation. Thanks. Facing issues in receiving sms from upi app and other automated sms . Normal sms are going. Pls can you check and resolve. This is causing difficulty

    @airtelindia Hey @airtelindia, I emailed your Grievance Officer 5 days ago. Did the email get "escalated" into the same black hole as my broadband? Vivek, Anurag, Sai, Soyab... a whole village of Airtel staff and not a single functional brain cell or Wi-Fi signal. Impressive

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very disappointed with your services,not only you put extra charges additional to my bill and raise bill after 20 days, network is really bad. Every week or 5 days I have to file a complaint for wifi issues.

    @airtelindia i want to register a complaint against the wifi provider in my local area. I was promised 100 mbps speed for my connection but i am barely getting 20 mbps. I have been using it for around 4-5 days now but i want my refund after facing such difficulties in connection

    @airtelindia I have an active ₹379 plan with unlimited 5G, a 5G phone, 5G SIM, and I’m clearly connected to 5G. But for the past 6 days, after 2GB usage, I keep getting capped — even on 5G. No fix.#airtel

    @airtelindia Internet has been down since yesterday. SR: 11034834967. First I was asked to wait 48 hrs. After escalating, I was promised a resolution today, but now the engineer says tomorrow. This is unacceptable. Please resolve it ASAP.
