    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can I permanently switch my SIM to 4G? My phone supports 5G, but the 5G network is too slow and unreliable for me, so I don’t really need it. Even when I switch my phone to 4G-only mode, I still face network problems. What should I do? Otherwise.....

    @airtelindia my wifi has not been working since last few days. Today it has completely stopped working. I have been trying to raise complaint through your app but your pathetic auto chat is just wasting time. None of your helpline numbers are working, no response whatsoever.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been 24+ hours with no resolution. I’m done with this service and will be switching to @JioCare Please refund the amount for the downtime and process my disconnection. Worst service!

    @dream_explorer7 @airtelindia Already complained to Airtel twice, but the same issues keep happening again and again. And to make things worse, there’s no other Wi-Fi service provider available in my area either. So I’m basically stuck with Airtel despite the poor service.
