  The transformer for the Jio tower in my area has completely failed; it only functions when there is a power supply, and otherwise the network does not work. We are all switching from @JioCare to Airtel by porting our numbers, as @airtelindia 's service and network are excellent.

  Paying for a service and receiving this level of connectivity is extremely frustrating. I’ve already ported my Jio mobile number to Airtel, and now I’m done with Jio AirFiber as well. I’ll be switching my broadband connection to Airtel. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

  @airtelindia I subsequently visited a Jio store, where both of my requirements were completed without any issue. This experience was disappointing from Airtel, especially considering that these were basic services that should have been handled efficiently @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Landline is not working & hamperin business. airtel have discontinued to take complaints on their no 08044444198 & 44444121. How does one lodge a complaint? Pls do not ask to download app for this. If it is so tough 2 lodge complaint, better shift.

  @Airtel_Presence Just got a call from “Neha” of Airtel Experience. Asking me to go to the store and “apply” for my own number which @airtelindia wrongly disconnected. And why does Airtel expect the customer to be so idle. Who is the responsible for this? Why not reactivate sim?
