  Dont even get me started on the postpaid to prepaid switch. They never let you do that. @airtelindia what is that app is even there for if tour not able to do a simple switch.

  @jain_harshit @airtelindia should provide voice only plan instead of looting same amount from everyone irrespective of their need. They initially tried to ban WhatsApp calls as well. Supporting bad business practice will create a situation 15 years ago 10MB 10 Rs 1GB 249 rs plans again and you can’t do anything some other pig will support that also

  @airtelindia dear airtel india kindly look into the concern which I have raised multiple times on your customer care service but nobody is bothered about the same I have done recharge for my Airtel digital TV the recharge was successful but as on date the TV is showing no balance

  @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is very professional in customer harassment and pathetic customer support I myself faced wrong recharge reversal refund from last 40+ days Every time they response with their template reply lol I might have to register my complaint with #TRAI Soon !

  Deliberately poor network support from @airtelindia at 700005 pincode area, with no benign intention to rectify
