@airtelindia I had shifted my broadband connection from Bangalore to Mumbai in June. Bangalore broadband number is 08041316119. It had a balance of Rs. 3032. I had called up the customer care to have the balance transferred to my Mumbai account. 1/2

UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. This is how @airtelindia behaving with customers. What type of contract U guys have done with me?
