You guys have not been processing and charging heavily even when i hardly use your service. Not to mention the utterly pathetic network that just doesn't work. If you try to lodge a complaint, they will give you the last complaint number and say it has been resolved even though it was never resolved. They are so insecure that you can't even change wifi name without airtel name in it.
