    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

    Hello @airtelindia Why the hell are you sending Hindi and Bhojpuri notifications to a Maithili customer? It’s really annoying to see Bhojpuri IVR even though I am Maithili Speaker. It’s your responsibility to value one’s language, and emotion. #IVRInMaithili

    @AnnieThomaz @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now They are free to blackmail the customers. They Give plan and validity to customers on there own condition if customer want to continue there number he has to recharge or they will sold your number to another user . 😡
