Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

The service is so pathetic that the technician isn't even answering the phone calls. Had no idea that it takes more than 24hrs to adress such issue in a Metropolitan city like Kolkata by a reputed company like Airtel. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
