Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

@AmazonHelp Checked with the service provider but no positive response. They are providing same response from 20 days like we are working on it. My recharge plan will end in 9 days. So request you to not to misguide the customers with fake offers and verify with @airtelindia

@AmazonHelp Thank you please check with the Service provider and resolve the issue. The offer shows its live from March. But @airtelindia not providing the benifits when we reach out to them. So request you to not to display fake, random offers and cheat the customers.

@airtelindia Airtel has been charging me exorbitant amount for an optical fiber connection with a promise that I'll get the optical fiber within 10-15 days but it has been more than 5 months and still no such service delivered. And zero response from the support team.
