Every time customer care says “today” or “next 4 hours,” but nothing happens. Very disappointing. If this can’t be resolved ASAP, please cancel my plan.

Aryan (@donaldrook971) reported@airtelindia Wi-Fi has not been working in the Kondapur Raghavendra Colony area since 2:00 PM. The outage disrupted all our office work, and there has been no way to get in touch with a support agent. What a terrible service. I will definitely be switching my internet connection
