    Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    I have a frequent auto-call disconnect when dail a number of landline Haryana circle which begins with 0130. Still Pending, Despite multiple calls and repeated 24-hour assurances from customer care and supervisors, there is still no resolution. Disappointed by the lack of accountability.

    What kind of customer support you are providing? In case of issue when I try to reach customer care, through 198 or the various numbers provided by airtel chat, can't reach anywhere to lodge a complaint. After getting connected, those numbers talking nonsense, like @airtelindia

    More than 5 days and Airtel Wi-Fi is still down in my area, Perambur. Absolutely pathetic customer support. Every day they keep saying a technician will come, but no one shows up and there's zero update. Unacceptable service. Fix this. #Airtel #AirtelXstream @airtelindia

    @airtelindia, My Airtel AirFiber has been down for the past few days.I've contacted customer care multiple times, but they haven't even registered a complaint or provided a ticket number.This is extremely frustrating. Please look into this urgently and restore my connection ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia though i am in 5g area with unlimited 5g plan why am i receiving your daily data is completed messages after which i am not able to use the internet..worst telecom operator..will port to jio after my current plan is done..
