    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

    @airtelindia Thanks for the worst support experience. My WiFi router power adaptor has been faulty for 4 days—no fix, only calls, and the issue was wrongly marked resolved. This negligence is unacceptable. Resolve this immediately and take accountability. @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @airtelindia , i have already returned the iptv device after disconnction of the iptv services. Despite that i am repeatedly getting watsapp msg to confirm the pick up of device. What kind of stupid batch job is running behind that sends watsapp messages to customer for this

    @airtelindia No signal in Bahrain from last 1 month on my Airtel SIM, though roaming pack is active. It was working earlier. Tried manual selection (STC Bahrain) but no network. This is a backend issue. Need urgent HLR reset / roaming refresh. Stop generic replies.

    @airtelindia Hello, I would like to close a WIFI connection. Tried connecting via 121, couldnt reach support. Also asked chatbot to close the connection 15 days back. Its still running and billed. Please help.

    @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia
