@airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

That claim of the best @airtelindia network in country is a completely falls, even after complaining many times, neither the problem of call drop is over nor the 4G internet services are completely fine,so despite my complaining many times,till date airtel not solve problem.

@TRAI I am very disappointed with the services from Airtel...and finally decided to switch from Airtel to Jio and it's more than 80-90 days, The request was raised 4-5 times but every time @airtelindia rejected the request. So request you to kindly help to get Port from Airtel.

@airtelindia Recently switched from Airtel postpaid to prepaid am not getting volte settings for my prepaid sim. I didn't had the issues in postpaid. Why this partiality btw post paid n prepaid.

@airtelindia my sim has not been working for the past 14 days. I have raised it to the closest airtel store but they have been unable to resolve this and are giving lame excuses. This sort of behaviour is not expected by a customer of more than 10 years. Pathetic service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today my father (existing customer) was forced to pay ₹100 for replacing a "damaged sim card" in Airtel Store at Palakkad. I think sim card can be freely availed and customer has to pay for recharge only. Please correct me if I am wrong.
