    @airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & activate IPTV IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel IPTV service is a COMPLETE DISASTER 😡 App broken - "Get a Call Back" button UNCLICKABLE! Called 121, forced to submit online request. Submitted YESTERDAY, NO callback after 24 HOURS!     @airtelindia Extremely poor network signal and call quality in Shanti Sri Nagar,Ameenpur - 502033. Calls frequently drop and voice quality is very poor. Surprisingly, Airtel Fiber is also not available in this area. This issue needs immediate attention and resolution. #airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its been 8 hrs since internet connectivity stipped and user interface of your airtel app doesnt allow to register a service request or a complaint. Bravo! for deploying AI chatbots . So much for trusting you. "With great network, comes great accountability."

    What is the use of having a X(twitter) team if you ppl cannot respond to an issue raised. Even today the issue is continuing and 0.50rs has been deducted again. When will I got a resolution from this daylight robbery? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
