@airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

@airtelindia @airtelnews Worst service provider. My broadband isn’t working from more than 24 hours. After raising several complaints there is no action taken from airtel side. Even im airtel black customer after that also they are just fooling customers.

@airtelindia I recently stepped into a airtel store as my mothers sim was blocked for no reason. The representative in airtel store was not even showing empathy and was rude. U need to work on your training your representatives.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I'm living with 2G speed in present days, since last 3 days, whereas I paid for 4G network, for which not getting services. If there's any issues in the system, does it take 3 days to resolve? Which is by the way still at not solved. You really care for customers?

@airtelindia Very poor show. The network issue continues to be pathetic in Belgaum particularly in the Camp area. No response from anyone despite highlighting it on this platform. Please resolve it at the earliest.

@airtelindia The global telecommunication company ranked amongst the top 3 mobile operators with a subscriber base of around 2 billion has unfortunately been retaining substandard, lethargic & misleading customer service management. 30 days on & still no resolution. Blatant liars
