@airtelindia I have cancelled my Airtel wifi a couple of months back because I shifted to a new place. A cancelled Cheque has been sent to my old address where I don't stay anymore. Ticket : 02218499177_WIFI. Unable to reach in app and get support.

@airtelindia If you don't a working chatbot please remove the feature, there is no proper menu in 198 too. Pathetic service. My remote is not working and I am trying to raise a complaint for 2 weeks. Shall I write a letter and post it through postal service????
