@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

@airtelindia you can grab customers by giving good service in competition with jio. As we changed 7 number from jio to Airtel and after an month we are getting very poor service. In tehsil town panipat

@airtelindia is not at all listening to the consumers. I feel like why I have ported to @airtelindia from my pervious service provider. I have 2 complaints on my airtel thanks app and it been there from my 1 week and no reply from @airtelindia.. Very disappointed.
