Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

Internet is not working in our area (Indoor+Outdoor), very unstable and poor 4G internet speeds for couple of days. My family has 4 @Airtel_Presence sims, all have same issue. Even our neighbours are facing this, I've confirmed it. Kindly resolve it on priority. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trust you me, Airtel is the Worst Network in India. You are saying special care for Platinum clients but Slow Network in City like Kolkata. Don't upgrade to 5G, downgrade to 2G to give at least basic service honestly.
