    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India First you let someone use my number for their DSL without verification. Then, when I ask to remove it, you start sending their account emails to my inbox? Do you even verify customer info before issuing a new connection?

    This feels like a scam. Activating the Perplexity subscription on Airtel was easy, but where’s the cancel option? If charges continue in the next bill, that’s unacceptable. Online activation should mean online cancellation too. @airtelindia #Perplexity #ConsumerRights

    Scammed by @Airtel_Presence , after clearing outstanding bills and requested for connection closure also my wifi and postpaid connections bills keep on generating. The Executive said I will get a connection closure request by mail which I never got. @airtelindia Frustrated !

    @techyoutbe I got this message this morning. I got @perplexity_ai subscription for 1 year through @airtelindia When I am already in the pro plan why did perplexity ask for card details again? I didn't get it. It says it is mandatory to use card to use pro. I never added my card details in perplexity. I am on free plan. Will Airtel handover the plan to perplexity ie., if there is card in perplexity, pro plan auto renews. if not, it will cancel. or will airtel charge us for perplexity pro ?
