    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

    @airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

    DEAR @reliancejio @airtelindia I leave in Chhitauli Kalan,Siwan, Bihar.please do some work on network I need to Attend my lecture but in my area Internet is very Slow. if you can't provide fiber net do some network strong even we get 1MB speed currently my net speed in KB🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've had the worst internet since 24hrs ! The internet which recently comes live with 5G service, but giving worse with 4g service even with 5g plus supported devices! Need Rectify.

    @airtelindia Poor network connectivity even in metro cities like noida. Worst of all time these days. Most of time these days me and family members receives miss call alerts only instead of calls.

    @airtelindia Everytime I call ive been given different plans there is no proper communication, and i ve been trying to change my plan for a month and your system are always down. Today the plan was changed i confirmed the details 10 times before changing plan.
