    Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

    @airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    @airtelindia My Airtel number has been disconnected due to pending KYC while I am currently out of india. Since the SIM shows “No Service,” I can’t receive OTPs or complete reverification online. I also recharged recently and was unaware of the deadline.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My network complaints are repeatedly closed without any resolution or communication. This is highly unethical and shows disregard for customers. Please address my issue instead of closing complaints without fixing the problem. Ref no. 11030395863.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I recharged for a full year partly because of the advertised FREE Perplexity Pro benefit. Now I'm being asked to add a payment method/card and potentially deal with USD billing. This was never clearly disclosed during recharge. This feels misleading.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @TRAI This is going on for the last two months, customer care has the same script to repeat every time, no resolution, just one answer...pay for what I haven't used. That too when shifting intimation was given on 17th March.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently started Airtel WiFi and now everyday I am getting 5-6 calls from your customer care and they want to tell me about benefits and sell some additional services. Some are even sending me the OTPs and it looks like a complete fraud.

    @airtelindia SR 11030838859, internet not working, technician not coming to visit, on calling he says wrong number. When will it get resolved??? Your ****** chat on Airtel App also is useless, not registering complaint.
