Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

One of the worst service provider. I have'nt been able to use internet properly from a long time. My daily limit of 2GB nearly go to waste. I took a yearly plan and stuck now till dec, requesting people not to use airtel anymore,i will surely. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia What is the procedure for reapplying for the Airtel Sim, If the sim card is physically damage and the Authorised Person ( Uncle's) passed away. Have been visiting Airtel Store in Aligarh, but still couldn't find the proper solution to get the sim back.

@airtelindia only advertisement and nothing else; ridiculous service indeed. Without any resolution you guys are just silently closing the complain. Somehow got lucky and connected with customer care and what I got , just another date for resolution. Indeed a pathetic service.
