    @airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    @airtelindia I'm in the UK and have no international roaming setup. The app on WiFi says to call or WhatsApp, but I can't call and I cannot setup WhatsApp without international roaming. How can u help me?!

    Is the problem just with my device or @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence signals? Anyone facing the same issue? The internet works but the voice calls wouldn't connect.

    Day4: unable to even make calls. No response from the customer service either. We have set of 2000 users here, and everyone are disappointed with the way we have been treated. I hope you are not fool enough to loss your customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Facing a lot of problem regarding the network, several times complaint was filed on customer care, no solution could be found, apart from 7 prepaid connections, 2 DTH and one broadband are thinking of changing the operator, give advice Please.

    @airtelindia y does 1 of t grtst company n telecommunications does nt provide basic support 2 Indians Travelling or livng abroad. u keep charging 199 auto debt frm main balnce 2 keep my sim valid. Plus I need 2 do a nrml rechrge, U hv also ltd it 2 20INR. please resolve
