@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

Airtel network is too bad.......in Barauni, dist. Begusarai , state. Bihar.....after 7:00 pm we use internet by calling customer care (198) . When call is over then, network is slow........@airtelindia Plse take authentic step to solve the issue .....
