@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

@airtelindia I've already paid the 4k bill, but the services were shut down again for no reason at all. You're not letting my father who is almost 80 years old to utilise calling/internet. If something serious were to happen, I will hold you accountable. You guys suck.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when I approached Airtel shop in Dwarka Sector 10 New Delhi for resolving the issue they suggested to change the number into prepaid and then again into postpaid to resolve the issue.
