    @airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

    Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia got a message that technician will contact on 10th July which is 6 days from now. What a service!! Can't arrange a technician visit past one week and now get a message that it will be done next week. This is what we pay money for !

    Dear Poor @airtelindia, It's ironic that while you're busy hiking recharge prices, your network quality keeps going downhill. The situation is so bad that I had to file this complaint using Jio Wi-Fi. Location: 490023 Plz fix ur network b4 increasing prices. #Airtel #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How ridiculous is this. Neither giving me proper service nor letting me switch to different provider. Scheduled for 12-1 pm and state escalation Deadline was today 1:43 pm no response i just got a message saying it's delayed and when I called on given engineer's num no response.

    @airtelindia Team, since you are unable to resolve the mess you've created, just refund the amount of my recharge plan and I'll move to another service provider. What's the delay when you've admitted that you are unable to provide a solution. Look into this urgently. @airtelindia

    It's been more than 5 days, and I'm still struggling with Airtel's internet speed. There are no data add-on packs available, and no other solution has been provided. Such a Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @GyanTherapy The problem around "Fast Lane" internet isn't about whether premium service is wrong. It's about the incentives it creates. If ISPs profit from priority access, they may eventually try to make the regular experience less attractive, forcing more people to upgrade.
