@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There has been outage in patna from more than 24 hours. Customer service is just expanding the expected time everytime. Is this the premium service we pay for despite airtel being the most expensive option. I also have a complete airtel ecosystem
