Paid kseb bill via Airtel thanks, amount debited from bank account and kseb didn’t received amount. Now, when i check with @Airtel_Presence and @airtelbank no responses from them.. @airtelindia poor services

@airtelindia Your customer services is realy pathetic. I talked to your advisors 10 times for a simple query. Still i didn't get any answer and my issue not resolved. Its realy shame.

@airtelindia you have pathetic customer cr service.I requested for a call,didn't get any response. Did it 3 times.After 5-6hr got a call n within few seconds got disconnected.Didn't received any call bk.Aftr 18hr got another call. I requested for a call bk at 5pm. Still waiting

@airtelindia #dontcare. I have paid for an internet connection. The agent says it will be installed in 2 days. Till now no attempt has been made. I have an exam tomorrow. Now I have to find a cafe to take the exam. Guys listen, never trust Airtel.
