    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my WiFi speed has been terrible for 2 months. Your Thanks app is useless for raising complaints (only works for taking payments, funny enough). Customer care just gave me empty promises about an engineer and hung up. Please resolve this ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Well it's 4 days now your wifi service doesn't seem to improve.. Daily afternoon wifi speed goes slow. Advertising 5 g speed is awesome only in ad. Wonder how a company can give bla bla **** n bull stories. Bills r paid on time.

    @airtelindia do you have any feedback mechanism or you have closed all of them for your customer, no way Jio have more customers than you as you don't value your customer, No resolution, no feedback, no status update for any complaint, no customer support, no response here too
