@airtelindia Raised a request for relocation of my D2H 5 days ago. Haven't got any proper response nor getting any visibility by when it'll be closed. Ridiculous customer service and adding salt to injury is the response I receive from the BOT. Frustrated

@airtelindia Applied for a replacement SIM on 7.march due to a damaged SIM card. Yet to receive the new sim card inspite of submitting all the documents and raising a complaint. Such a poor customer service!!

My airtel sim stopped working suddenly on Friday today i visited to one of your airtel official store situated at ambernath (E). & they charged me for rs 250 to replace the Sim. After I checked charges on internet it shows that Sim replacement is free. Best service @airtelindia
