  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You collected ₹500 for my IPTV installation, yet nothing has been installed. Every time I contact customer care, I receive no resolution. Either complete the installation immediately or refund my ₹500. This level of service is unacceptable.

  @airtelindia FYI .. I hv ported out my entire family from Airtel .. we've used ur service 4 over 19 years. Ur greed & arm twisting tactic of forcing users to buy whatever U pushed thru our gullet didn't work this time. Am sure there will be others waiting to do the same.

  @airtelindia Airtel Fiber is down with no update, and support is unresponsive. I even have a Relationship Manager, but no resolution. You expect customers to pay bills on time shouldn’t we expect reliable service and timely communication too? This is affecting my work.
