  @airtelindia Your customer service sucks. WiFi in Sector 12, Noida is down. At 12:14 PM you said 6-7 hrs outage, but it’s still not restored. Can’t reach support & your chatbot just says “service will be restored soon.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You guys are talking about Priority, since 3 days spoke to around 10 executives, no one could explain reason for issues and couldnt take Wifi disconnection requests, retention team and supervisors all LIE.
