@airtelindia suddenly my sim doesn't receive signal and I went to showroom and asked why there's a sudden stop, he's telling that the sim is active for more than 5yrs so we stopped the service. Now no problem we will issue a new sim with the charge of 100.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic customer service again, wanted an xtream box in Feb, no body at ur end cared, so had to buy from another provider. Now broadband not working for 4 days, jo response. Just tell me how do i cancel ur black connections, enough is enough.

What is this nonsense @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Since yesterday my Fibre line not working. "Our team is still working to resolve the issue. Expected time to resume your Airtel Xstream Fiber services is 20 April 2022, 12:24 AM. Thankyou for your patience."
