    @Airtel_Presence What I have stated you treat it as new complaint, an old one close, three months follow up gone into vain you cheater. @DoT_India please screw @airtelindia as they are taking three months to resolve complaint merey for 6 hours and again Network give you trouble

    @airtelindia this has been the 4th day since I opted for ur broadband connection. Everyday some1 frm your tech. Team will visit my house and raise the same query that we are trying to fix but to no resolve. This is really bad & I m facin lots of issues. Pls hlp

    @excitel_rocks pathetic service , abusing his own customer means time is near to collapse this company as his customer service is so so bad .. @airtelindia this is my last internet provider and what he promise he deliver to our door step without call . but @excitel_rocks -100%

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel had taken customer service to a new level. Complaint 132600394 raised on 18th June. You keep saying that “my request” is a priority and will be resolved in 24-48 hrs.. a number of those 48 hrs have gone by.. pathetic
