    @airtelindia An Airtel representative even suggested that my SIM card was the problem. I got the SIM replaced immediately. Guess what? Still no Airtel 5G+. Still no VoNR. Still poor network quality. So what exactly was fixed? #Airtel5G #TelecomIndia @AmreliaRuhez

    Dear Airtel Team, ​I am writing to express my absolute dissatisfaction with your new connection process and to demand an immediate refund of my advance payment. ​After submitting a request via the Airtel app, your executive called me at 8 AM. On the 1st of June, my KYC was completed and the full payment was collected, with the assurance that the installation would happen that same day. ​However, the executive is now completely unreachable and refusing to respond to calls or messages. To make matters worse, the local installation engineer states he has no record of my order. ​This is completely unprofessional.     WORST! Even after being @airtelindia premium postpaid user,no 5G signal comes in indoors(in town area),only outdoor have 5G,complained about 17times but complaint closed without any resolution.After paying for premium 5G priority postpaid,getting 4g signals only @jaagograhakjago

    Still no sign of a technician. Missed yesterday's slot, missed today's 12-1 PM slot. Majorly regretting choosing @JioCare instead of @airtelindia. Absolute rubbish customer service.
