@airtelindia Very disappointed by your services. Giving Airtel black connection informing a fixed line rental and then adding charges for services which are not subscribed by the customer. Dispute raised but still services disconnected. Customer ID : 10101014432276

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Getting any help for xstream broadband connection issues is an absolute nightmare. Before you so eagerly set up the connection, you should have let know that I would not get any help if there is an issue later on.

@airtelindia I have recharged for rs.719/- from Airtel thanks app, but not able to download invoice. It is not showing on Airtel thanks app, complained twice, it was ensured that I will get invoice on my email but no action taken and complaint status showing as resolved.
