Wait time 3 days and still nothing. Customer service just asks u to wai for a call and nothing happens. Make u wait til EOD and say not possible.

Alex Mathew (@al_mathew) reported@airtelindia situation in guwahati - Internet goes off post 10 pm everyday for 3-4 hours. Service engineers don't visit even after 3 days. Airtel customer care tells you to pick up their calls even when in a meeting. Disregard engineers not picking up when you call back.
