    @rwstats @airtelindia Fortunately, not faced bigger issue on airtel from years. But, yes, at some places and localities there's issue.

    @airtelindia @TRAI My sim got automatically converted to postpaid without asking me. I called the customer care and they said u did it online. The sim is used by my mother who doesn't know anything about this.

    @HonestlySayiing This is because of the greediness of people who took 6 months of free Jio and the lower and minor cost of the plan for so long, which killed all other competitors with the full support of the government. This is the outcome. #crony capitalism @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @blessings_soul @airtelindia Then nothing can be done much. Opt for Optical fibre connection for stable service. I will DM you for further optimisation, if possible for Airfiber service. I'm also using Airfiber of Airtel.

    3 days, multiple follow-ups, diagnostic reports shared, promises of callbacks made no resolution from @airtelindia DTH. Very disappointed by lack of communication and professionalism in handling a genuine customer issue.Please address this urgently. #AirtelDTH #CustomerSupport
