    This is really bad experience with @airtelindia. In the last 15 days, this is the 2nd unplanned outage of 5 hrs each for the broadband service. The least you can do is inform the customer well in advance.The information was shared 2 mins after the outage starts. @Airtel_Presence

    It's either Regular maintenance activity or Technical issues. It is Useless for us. Service disruption on Airtel Xstream Fiber is a Daily thing now. Guys work hard and make it smooth or else people will leave you forever. @airtelindia @airtelnews #hateairtel #frustrated

    @JioCare ported to jio from @airtelindia , worst services of jio, no options to pay bill except from jio website, customer care have no knowledge, services barred even after payment and data keep on consuming even on phone.
