I will change the service from @reliancejio to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . As you people are not keeping your commitment of recharge. If I have recharged for something and you have took extra RS 200 for one year of hotstar then give that or don't take extra amount.

Static IP is just 10 min outage thing including configuration but since yesterday 6pm @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is unable to apply static IP and there is no internet connectivity so far. Engg visit done but they are unable to resolve the broadband connection issue.

@airtelindia Sir I ported my network to airtel 4 days ago and I have been a victim of fraud in which I was going to get 1.5 GB net and truly unlimited calls for 56 days which is not being given to me there is recharge in my number is of 219 instead 399 who is responsible for this
