@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your support staff is a certified group of nincompoops, behaving in the most whimsical manner possible. They reject Central govt. PSU id card as proof of identity. They reject aadhaar card shown from the mobile app. You just DON'T CARE.

@airtelindia Astra towers, kolkata being a bharti airtel property, no other service provided is allowed. Complaints get closed automatically without any technician visit. Upgrading of copper to fiber line since more than 2 months. My connection no is 033102298575. Pls help !
