    @airtelindia Got WiFi on 11th March, but it barely works. You take payment first but don’t provide proper service. Constant red light issue—hardly worked 10 days. Complaints take 3 days, and it breaks again next day. This is unacceptable. Fix it permanently. 😠😡

    @airtelindia I had bought a wifi extender/mesh from Airtel thanks app on 21st of March, 2026. It was cancelled on 23rd of March,2026. It has been more than a month and I have still not received my refund of 500/- even after multiple online and offline complaints. Please help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a ticket to resolve internet connectivity issue on my corporate postpaid number. You just closed the ticket saying `Resoved`. but still i'm facing internet issues. Looks like its time to PORT to @reliancejio ?

    @airtelindia ,Mon No-7041317883,WIFi.I want to close this wifi No As I am moving from Rajkot to Mumbai.I have tried through Airtel App to raise the request.Your customer care does not receive tha call.Please raise my request for closure of this connection.

    @airtelindia your AI chatbot is of no use. I tried to chat with your support agent but the chatbot is keep on bringing me to the main menu. If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.
