    Hey @airtelindia, your network is blocking legit calls from Amazon, Zomato, Blinkit delivery agents etc. Meanwhile, spam calls from Policybazaar still come through. It’s a real headache — I’ve missed deliveries & lost money. Please fix this ASAP. 🙏

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Some websites or Apps are not working properly while i use airtel. Whereas it works fine when I use BSNL and Vodafone internet. I had also lodged a complaint C5PTD3CHD20250703847221 in this regard. You have resolved it from your side but problem is not over yet

    Tried calling @airtelindia customer support (121/198). Got stuck in AI hell, finally reached IVR, pressed 9, then "Insufficient balance to make this call". My plan's validity is till Aug 15. Now we gotta PAY to talk to support? What kind of scam is this? @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia your customer service is so poor. The chatbot gave me a number 198 to talk to customer service and it just goes on saying press this number that number

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence unable to use broadband since yesterday and no resolution I have received so far. Found no way to talk to customer care. I'm working from home and need connection on priority. Can you look into.

    @airtelindia broadband is the worst. Wi-Fi not working properly for 15 days—speed drops, connection issues. Customer care is rude & unhelpful. I switched from BSNL but regret it now. #AirtelDown #BadService

    @Airtel_Presence my Airtel fibre is not working from last 7 days . No customer care ...nothing .... Useless service... It's better to go bsnl fibre .....@airtelindia
