@airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

@shubhdarshi @airtelindia It is the same as OneAirtel...seems to be a marketing gimmick. Call center staff is clueless. I was transferred from one person to the other, until a supervisor came on line and said that it is just rebranding of OneAirtel to AirtelBlack...what a let down #Airtel #Airtelblack

So, as per your IVR, we need to recharge an umlimited pack for using SMS service. Even though, I have balance, I won't be able to send SMS since I dont have unlimited lack. Are you trying to sell unlimited pack? Is it ethical? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
