    @airtelindia Never recharge Airtel number in advance based on their SMS, because recharge pack come into effect from the day of recharge not day of your existing pack expiry, so you lose validity days, this is Fraud.

    I have been receiving 3-5 calls a day to clear a unilaterally imposed 1 month rental as “overdue” amount. It was waived off by Customer Support twice after clarifying that I had activated Safe Custody. Seems like it was not notified to the Billing team @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Wifi not working from 2/1/2021 we raised complained yesterday and its 24 hrs still issue not resolved. Your technicians refused to visit the premises and asking for the happy code too. Please suggest how much more time or days it will take to resolve a petty issue.

    @airtelindia following airtel to change my billing mode to email. Sent mail atleast three times. They have sent me procedure to download bill from website. Don't have proper internet connection speed since one month. Closed the complaint without confirming.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Please do something concrete to resolve my issue by today rather than sitting on the request. At least tell me WHY the outgoing calls and SMS are not working. Or else please let me know the procedure to port to other carriers.
