Dear @Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Kindly shut down your doors, you provide third class fibre services in Udaipur Rajasthan. This is the 18th time my internet went down. You charge 2829 for 3 months and don't provide internet for a month, why? Shame!!

@Airtel_Presence I recharged with a 1 year 2 GB pack last week for a long term commitment with @airtelindia, and now I am unable to access internet. Websites are loading in minutes. And when I raised a complaint, I got a message that I'll get it resolved in 8 days. WTF??

@airtelindia have ever tried getting help on your prepaid CC? Try your luck once.. I recharged, money debited but never reflected.. don't know who can help.. tried both your app and CC.. unfortunately they seem to be of no use.. who can help?
