    It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am an Airtel Black customer and I am not able to use my Internet services from a week and the customer service persons says it will take another 15 days to resolve the issues. Need to rectified. Or else need a full refund on my Next airtel Bill

    After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . First your staff came and took money for wifi installation without checking location .After two days installation staff called and told it is not possible to install wifi at my location. Can you please cancel my booking and refund my money .

    Dear Airtel Fiber I have taken your Fiber connection for the last 10 days before but that connectivity is still stuck I tried to Airtel Fiber dealer but they are not supporting kindly resolve this issue otherwise Disconnect permanently @airtelindia @Airtelfibernet

    @airtelindia i have been trying to shift my connection from last 4-5 days (from 30) and there is nothing done yet. Your customer service just says it will be done in 4 hours everyday. I have spent enough time talking with you. If my issue is not solved by the end of the day, I will be complaining at the consumer grievance. I haven't been able to use the internet for the last 5 days. Your team creates unwanted orders at their side and customer has to suffer. They are not even cancelling my connection as orders as still in pending stage which I haven't even created. You are not even replying on dm.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since morning my Airtel Xstream Fiber is down. A/c No. 20021945549. Either restore the service immediately or deactivate the connection. I’m done with this unreliable service and will switch to Tata or Jio Fiber if this isn’t resolved today.

    @JioCare I used to have @airtelindia is my primary sim and second sim on @reliancejio. At my office location Airtel network was not working. So I ported in Jio. Now internet is neither working at home nor in office. Only calls. Unfortunate

    @airtelindia Going forward. I’m an Airtel customer for more than a decade. My house was under construction. They put an Airtel fibre in December for internal wiring. I shifted back in June this year. @airtelindia told me that distribution box had been blown by a cracker.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews It's incredibly frustrating when you're busy and your work is affected by poor internet service. I've complained several times in the past, but the resolution hasn't been any better.
