Visited for new esim, but ur employee said esim has been banned for prepaid. You will need to convert it to postpaid. Same I got done from private vendor seating nearby ur store. @TRAI

I am feeling very disappointed and cheated by his overall behaviour. Need urgent attention and resolution on this. This is impacting the goodwill of Airtel.
