    It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

    After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

    @airtelindia Wifi down multiple times in 24 hours with no intimation from airtel, in middle of meetings and work suddenly our connection goes down and we cannot prove to anyone that our net was down. Looks like it's time to Move to @reliancejio fiber.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I mistakenly recharged the wrong Airtel prepaid number with ₹899 through PhonePe and reported it immediately. Both numbers are Airtel numbers. Despite immediate reporting, both Airtel and PhonePe are refusing to help with either reversal or transfer of recharge benefits. Transaction ID: 928457861 Recharge amount: ₹899 Requesting a fair resolution please.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 9 hours has passed and yet the broadband issue is not yet resolved. Will you give 1 day extra on my recharge money? If not then you don't have any rights to deduct my money for the service you have not provided me. Will you agree to this?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My internet has not been working for the past 3 days. When I call customer care, I receive a message saying that a technical issue has been identified in my area. However, the issue has still not been resolved, and the internet not restored.
