    After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am an Airtel Black customer and I am not able to use my Internet services from a week and the customer service persons says it will take another 15 days to resolve the issues. Need to rectified. Or else need a full refund on my Next airtel Bill

    It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

    I would like to bring to your notice that I accidentally recharged the wrong Airtel mobile number. The intended number was different, but due to a mistake, the recharge was processed to another Airtel number which already had an active plan. Anyy solution for this @airtelindia ?

    @airtelindia From almost A month I am complening about two issues one of them is very basic related to hellotunes but after giving complaints at senior level CC as well no resolution at all, today as well given one more time same complaint. Is it really difficult to resolve???

    @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Disappointed with Airtel Black service. Order (1010103018398) has been delayed with multiple tickets still in-progress and no resolution. Customer support is unresponsive, & the AS Rao Nagar store is not answering calls. This is unacceptable service!

    I’d like to suggest adding a short "validity" pack. Many users only need their number active for a few days for OTP & incoming calls especially before travel (abroad). A short validity option would be very helpful & improve customer satisfaction. @TRAI @JM_Scindia @airtelindia
