Without any technician visit or update, the request was closed as "Resolved." Since yesterday, I've called customer care 3 times. Each time I was assured I'd receive a callback within 4 hours, but no one has called. Since the request is shown as closed, I'm unable to raise a fresh request through the app either. Kindly resolve this urgently instead of giving false assurances. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService

Service requests get closed without fixing the issue. Even as a postpaid customer, I haven't received the promised priority/Fastlane benefits. Extremely disappointed.

Despite repeated complaints, the problem remains unresolved. Paying ₹2500 monthly for such poor service is unacceptable.
