    It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

    After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

    @Airtel_Presence They claim their members are actively pursuing the issue and this is a highlighted case and so it will be resolved fast blah blah blah, yet it's been more than four days, yet no active persuasion of the issue has been visible. @airtelindia utterly disappointing.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia My broadband has been down since 3 July. I raised a complaint at 8:41 AM that day, but no service engineer has contacted me despite multiple follow-ups and an escalation. I was assured someone would call by end of day (7 PM). No one did. The next day, I was again asked to wait. When I requested a billing waiver for the outage, I was told to call back after the bill is generated to request it. It’s disappointing that customers have to repeatedly chase support for both service restoration and billing corrections. In an age where so much is automated, why should customers spend their time making multiple calls for an issue that wasn’t caused by them? Can someone please take ownership, have this issue resolved urgently, and ensure the billing adjustment is processed without requiring further follow-ups? Please ping me here for my account details

    Pathetic @airtelindia Fiber service! My router disconnects repeatedly on both phones. Three customer care calls were disconnected without any help. Fix it immediately or replace the router. Completely unacceptable. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #AirtelFiber #CustomerSupport

    Hi @airtelindia, I recharged my Airtel number through PhonePe on 29 June, but my plan has still not been activated. PhonePe asked me to contact the operator and shared this reference ID for assistance: 1954571168. Could you please check this issue & activate my plan? Thank you!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is wrong with Airtel AirFiber? The internet isn't working properly in our library. Even 240p videos are buffering, and we cannot watch our classes. Please fix this immediately so our studies aren't affected.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I'm postpaid customer for 25+ yr. In UAE, and international roaming isn't working. I've been following with Customer Care for a week, but issue is unresolved. Very frustrating. Latest SR: 31-1000014675582. Please intervene urgently.
