After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

@airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised complaint twice, no resolution till now. Unable to make calls since last 20 days, it says "The number you are trying to reach is switched off" In particular unable to reach jio numbers and all toll free numbers.

@aravindhanIPS @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service sir . . .they only have AI implemented chatbots nd IVR acknowledge which is also not upto the mark . . Even if you mail to the CEO of the company we get a revert after a year that's again the Chatbot .

The most poor 4G network is of @airtelindia, neither the data speed is good in it nor the calling connection, connection is cut in the middle of the calling,And if you are from Lalitpur (U.P) then do not choose Airtel's SIM. :- Thankyou

@airtelindia how can I link my email to my number to activate ESIM? There is no way to reach customer care by dialing 121, I’ve sent multiple emails and even the store says they can’t do it. Why do you even have ESIM if there’s no way to activate it??
