  It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

  After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

  @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

  @airtelindia Not able to receive or make calls from last 4 days. When I raised a ticket resolution is expected by Aug 1st!! Is it a joke? No way to speak to CC on 198 and 121. What kind of service is this? Almost 400+ are facing issue and you are least bothered. #worst #jio

  @amangoeliitb I was using @reliancejio for the last 8 years and 3 months ago i switched to fraud @airtelindia due to a network trouble in my area with Jio but I will be porting out to Jio in a month.

  don't force me switch to jio guys @airtelindia in last one month there are multiple internet outages lasting for more than a day many times in my airtel fiber connection resolution is very slow and the work is not done on timeline you say will be back in one hour, and there's no update for like 6 hours same today, no idea when it will come back

  @BaluGorade @airtelindia Personally I use it as hotspot for my laptop on rare occasions when WiFi goes down. Signal keeps shuffling between 4g and 5g. So no big deal if it’s shifts to 4g. I don’t see much performance issues.

  Kindly recall @Airtel_Presence even after sending details on dm till now no resolution as still getting error for complaint made yesterday while trying to access airtel selfcare website. If further delayed with no proper resolution matter to be escalated @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raised a complaint yesterday, but NO technician has visited yet! The issue remains completely unresolved. Between the pathetic service and the extremely rude behavior of your technician, I am done. I want this connection cancelled immediately.
