  It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

  @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

  After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

  Problem of letting duopoly in telecom, you have players like @airtelindia - who lie shamelessly and give shittiest service. Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service

  @airtelindia As a corporate customer we have multiple connections for over 5 years now. The bills are always paid on time... Still when it comes to a simple SIM SWAP issue - there is no physical individual to help. No phone number that let's us speak to a human!

  @Airtel_Presence Ok. This has to be suitably escalated and addresses. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you cannot just ignore paying customers grievances and services issues. A compalint has been registered with Indian Consumer Forum, docket #9900587.

  @airtelindia entire ORR starting from silboard till Whitefield there is bad bad network and many bile data is crap. Connection drops and we can’t make any data calls. Pls look into this and fix this . You charge enough
