Big mistake i did was to port from Jio to @airtelindia. Now without a no. where people can reach me. Customer care & Airtel store are playing ping pong with me. Going to port back, soon as I get number back. Thanks @airtelindia for reminding me why i shifted in the first place.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - My issue still isn't resolved - I made a payment on 7 Nov on Airtel app. While the transaction did not happen, money on my credit card was charged and my bank has confirmed it. I have shared screenshot and transaction ID over the DM with your team. No response yet!
