    @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

    @airtelindia Spoke 2 customer care exec. Was told recharge for MAIN Balance (whatever that means). Then spoke to supervisor. Was told if rechd Rs 10 (main bal was Rs 76) could convert 28 day plan by dialling *567*79#. Recd msg that the number is not eligible for OPT IN service.

    @airtelindia (whatever that means and which one has been able to explain). I again spoke to a customer exec on 14/08 and then to a supervisor who also informed me that I could do a recharge of Rs 79 and convert to 28 day plan by dialling *567*79#. The result was the same.

    @airtelindia You don’t provide resolution for 5 months.. and then don’t allow to port out | UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (2)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.Please contact your service provider for further assistance #harassment

    @airtelindia I.e. the number was not eligible for OPT IN service. The supervisor informed me that I could do the conversion after 3 days by dialling the same number. After doing a recharge of Rs 100 again 2day, tried to convert but no avail.
