    No action till now , @airtelindia expects me to carry all original documents while traveling. Got 3 calls from Airtel office ... but no resolution. I also missed a idea sim along with this ... I got the new sim in 3 min

    @airtelindia thanks app is a crap literally. Not even register a support request , disconnection request . This company is not listening to customers , even after migrated to @JioCare I can't process my disconnection. Tried all possible ways , always auto msg templates n replys

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Got a duplicate SIM on August 27th from Airtel office at Penta Estate, Janatha Rd, Kathrikadavu, Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala 682025. This is yet to be activated even after six days!! customer care told that one should visit the same shop again…1/2

    Hey @airtelindia You claim to be the fastest network in 28 states and I am sure Kerala is not one of them. Shitty network which is always losing the connection and dead slow. The internet service is pathetic and slow. I had to depend on my WiFi to complete this tweet.

    @airtelindia , it's so hard to reach your team on WhatsApp or a international support desk number as I'm currently roaming in Canada and I recharged the phone with plan and IR plan to receive SMS. But I'm neither receiving the SMS or able to send it to validate UPI. Please assist

    To answer everyone's question – if @airtelindia is pushing everyone to Priority Postpaid, who'll benefit from it, I'm glad to tell you folks that I have an answer. The beneficiaries will be flagship and mid-range users of Samsung and Apple users. Because apparently, Airtel is too focused on them. They launched the service and all, and I have 2 flagship phones (unfortunately I just switched from Samsung), and none of them is getting Vo5G/NR or the Priority Postpaid. But surprise, my friend with a S25+ standing next to me is getting Vo5G and Priority Postpaid. Cool, right?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel Team, I am unable to reach National Consumer Helpline numbers 1915 and 1800114000 from my Airtel connection. Both numbers indicate that the dialled number does not exist. @jagograhakjago These are official consumer grievance helpline numbers and should be reachable. Kindly check if there is any issue or restriction from Airtel’s side and resolve it at the earliest. Please confirm why these numbers are not accessible through your network.

    Very disappointed with Airtel service. After speaking with customer care on 27 May, I received a call from 9101087689 where the advisor abused me with extremely offensive language. This is unacceptable. Strict action should be taken immediately. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, referring to my previous tweet, the technician had come to my home at around 6 in the evening yesterday & he did bring back the connectivity which lasted for 5 mins, but said the issue originated from the fatbox. This is the third day and my wifi is still down.
