  After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

  It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

  Dear Airtel Team, ​I am writing to express my absolute dissatisfaction with your new connection process and to demand an immediate refund of my advance payment. ​After submitting a request via the Airtel app, your executive called me at 8 AM. On the 1st of June, my KYC was completed and the full payment was collected, with the assurance that the installation would happen that same day. ​However, the executive is now completely unreachable and refusing to respond to calls or messages. To make matters worse, the local installation engineer states he has no record of my order. ​This is completely unprofessional.   Raised an Airtel Wi‑Fi complaint on 28th. Local office called on 30 May saying a technician would attend- turned out to be an invisible technician. Complaint marked “resolved” on 31 May but my Wi‑Fi still doesn’t work. @airtelindia Wat’s your procedure for actually fixing issue?
