    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since my request to remove members from my Airtel Family Plan is still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups, generated a port-out request for my number. If this is the level of service for such a simple change, I see no reason to stay with Airtel.

    @airtelindia is just going downhill in Lucknow. Prepaid connections are showing status E(edge). I dont remember when I saw that last. And broadband not working. Thankfully we have a Jio in the house. 🙏🏾

    Extremely poor Airtel network near ECC-92, Infosys Mysore campus. Hundreds of trainees are facing this issue. 5G hardly works, calls/data keep dropping and we can’t even study properly at our ECC. Kindly improve coverage urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    To anyone planning to get an @airtelindia connection, read this. Airtel happily sells “Platinum” plans but when you need basic support, there’s none. Simple request has been dragging all day with scripted replies and zero resolution. Premium pricing, terrible support. #airtel

    @airtelindia Complained about poor internet speed with my postpaid connection, shared my number as well. But no calls from your team till now. I wonder, with such service and unprofessionalism, how shameless a brand has to be, to claim itself number #1. I am fed up.
