I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

Its been almost 72 hours now, and I have no Wifi. I’m being told to wait till 28 May for further help. Poor service!

A prepaid customer who has paid you upfront for 25 years, who never defaulted, who never owed you a single rupee, is now being told his data will move slower than a postpaid user on the same network he helped build. Why? What did loyalty ever do to deserve the slow lane? You did not invent a new technology. You simply throttled the old one for your most disciplined customers and sold the throttling as a feature.
