It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

@airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Are you playing with the customer? Is Airtel a bad choice for people? After reporting it several times, 7 executives from your side just repeating the same sentence "our team will look into this". @DoT_India there is no proper response from the team.

@airtelindia Airtel was a trusted brand way back. Now the Internet service vanishes for 10-20 minutes, it became hard to trust. I live in Aurangabad it is a distinct in Bihar. It is real feedback, as I use net by airtel and Jio. Now I am compelled to avoid airtel.
